Question about Garmin Edge 830

I have this item (11229414) in my watch list for a few weeks already. Price is always 359. But price trend figures that item has been a different lower prices these last days, including on Aug 27th and 28th. But my item in the watch list is always 359 (checked every single day). I believe it is the exact same item. Is it only me? Can someone please help me to understand it? Thanks!
