No, you can add the voucher code FUJIFILMXT2 when ordering under "Payment" and then the CHF 200.- will be deducted.
Today is 28.01.2018. The voucher has expired.

No.. Very poorly available at the moment as it is in high demand.
It depends on what you need. The A7R is a megapixel monster... the X-T2 on the other hand is a very good all-rounder even for sports. The AF system is superior to the A7R.
I have 1-2 colleagues who switched from Nikon or other systems to Fuji and now don't even shoot RAW anymore.

2 batteries must be ordered separately for the handle. However, also the new ones, not the older ones, otherwise the camera can get stuck depending on the situation...
Correct batteries: Fujifilm NP-W126S battery (rechargeable)
