There is also the DJI RS 3, which is much more expensive and supports LIDAR.

Battery and tripod plate yes, see picture 1. A charger not, a USB-C cable is included for charging, e.g. possible on a mobile phone charger.

You only need a UBS-C charger for these, just make sure it delivers a little over 2A.

Try lifting the silver lever of the axle with your thumb and index finger. You can now turn it to tighten the inner part even more. Just repeat until the axle no longer slips. Hope this helps. Greetings Mathias
