Question about DJI RS 2 Pro Combo

Hello together I use the RS2 Gimbal with my Sony A7s iii and a Sigma 24-70mm. (But films with the gimbal mostly only at 24mm, so without zoom). Despite perfect calibration, the recordings are jerky... Sometimes even when I'm not even moving. Is there anything I can do about it or is it a faulty device?

So be sure to turn off the camera's own stabiliser because otherwise the two devices will work against each other, otherwise if you have larger lenses on it, be sure to use a counterweight and you will have a perfect picture again.

Hello, I also had this problem once. Then I switched off the camera's integrated stabiliser, e voila - everything was tiptop. But it was with a nikon.
