Question about DJI RS 2 Pro Combo

With the pan axis, the lever is loose and cannot be tightened and the axis slides back and forth and is not tight at all, is my product faulty or am I doing something wrong in principle?

Good day Florian
Try lifting the silver lever of the axle with your thumb and index finger. You can now turn it to tighten the inner part even more. Just repeat until the axle no longer slips. Hope this helps. Greetings Mathias
