The best thing to do is to contact our customer service directly at https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/de/requests/new. Then your request can be checked individually. It's best to specify a few additional wishes regarding price, etc. :)
The device has not become worse and D will not be a mistake. This may be purely due to the lack of information regarding the new concept ;-)

No wall mount is included in the delivery. However, the monitor is a classic PC desk monitor, which is height-adjustable. This advantage would no longer be available with wall mounting.
The monitor has one input each of the type VGA, HDMI, DisplayPort and a cable 'DisplayPort - DisplayPort' is included. If there is a DisplayPort output on the Macbook or on an existing docking station, this will fit. Otherwise, you will probably need a USB-C dock with one or possibly two DisplayPort outputs ...
do you mean both at the same time ?
so Windows is no problem anyway
with the macbook it depends on what kind of outputs you have. but with the right adapters everything is no problem.
basically, no compatibility problem will prevent you from using this screen on your macbook.
hope this helps ;D
Greetings
Depends on the Lenovo device or the available interfaces. I have connected one screen via HDMI and the other (another Dell model) via USB-C. With the newer Dell screens (but not with the P2419H as far as I know) there is the option of USB-C daisy chaining.
This would work fine: https://www.digitec.ch/en/s1/product/s-impuls-hdmi-high-speed-with-ethernet-uhd-050m-hdmi-video-cables-6155078. Ideally, if you have display port output on your PC/Laptop, you'd use that before trying HDMI (that cable *should* be included). It's not unusual for cheaper displays to omit the HDMI cable (on the product page, scope of delivery section states what's included: Power cable, DisplayPort cable, USB 3.0 upstream cable)
Digitec is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or, alternatively, a suitable adapter if the mains cable is permanently connected.
If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge.

I would definitely not recommend a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels for a 24 inch screen, as texts are pixelated and not clear. If you don't want a 27 inch screen in 4K UHD, then 2560 x 1440 pixels would be much better for 24 inches. This Benq screen has very good colour matching and has a built-in USB hub as well as built-in speakers:
BenQ BL2420PT (24 ", 2560 x 1440 Pixels)
And yes, you could also just plug in USB speakers, Windows 10 will recognise and use them as sound output devices.
Hi
The monitor has various USB ports: 2 "normal" USB-A on the side, two USB-A at the bottom and another UBS-B at the bottom. Unfortunately, a USB-C port is missing. I use a Macbook Pro with 4 USB-C ports. At the moment, I have connected the monitor via a borrowed USB-C adapter using an HDMI cable. I would also like to connect my mouse and keyboard via USB-A dongle.
Can I use one of the USB-A ports on the monitor for this? This does not work if the monitor is connected via HDMI cable. Which cable do I need instead? USB-C to USB-A or USB-B? I'm looking for the solution to get away with as few adapters as possible.... Thank you very much!
Hello, this is already the correct solution, as only two USB2 (bottom) and USB3 (left) peripherals can be connected to the USB hub of the monitor via the cable supplied.
If this is at all possible with a Macbook Pro, I would operate the mouse and keyboard directly on the Macbook Pro, ideally wirelessly via Bluetooth.
If you want/need to permanently connect both (i.e. not wirelessly) to the monitor and the Macbook has no USB2/3 ports (for the USB(B) cable supplied by Dell), a second USB-C adapter is needed to use the USB hub of the monitor.
Maybe this will help for the time being :-)
I do not have an iMac. I connected this monitor to an older MacBook Pro (2012) (https://support.apple.com/kb/SP649?locale=de_DE).
To make this work, I also ordered this cable Delock Mini Displayport 1.1 - HDMI (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/delock-mini-displayport-11-hdmi-2m-hdmi-display-port-video-kabel-5655732). I connected this to the Thunderbolt port on the MacBook.
However, the iMac 2019 has Thunderbold 3 ports according to the site https://support.apple.com/de-de/HT201736. I assume it should work with such a cable https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/producttype/video-kabel-295?pdo=1504-9524%3A316160%7C1504-9525%3A7964&tagIds=77-532
But unfortunately that's just a guess. Maybe someone else has concrete experience with the iMac 2019.
