Hello I actually had the same problem. At first I had problems localising the noise exactly, then I discovered a single fan from the CPU's water cooling. I stopped them one by one temporarily with my finger to localise the noise. Then when it was clear I first looked for replacement fans, but then quickly found out that these cannot be bought separately. I then pulled the propeller out quite roughly as a whole and then pushed it back in. Apparently the distance doesn't seem to be exactly right. I did this a few times and suddenly it was gone. Since then (1-2 months) I have had no more noises. However, the whole thing was quite a "hair-raising" repair ^^ I hope I was able to help you with this. You can easily loosen the fan with 4 screws. It may be a different fan in your case. In my case it was the CPU fan at the top front near the buttons. From the water cooling. Have a nice weekend

The SSD is approx. 25% slower than a Samsung 990 Pro, I don't know how long it will last. The fans are quite loud, but can be adjusted adaptively and are then virtually inaudible (only) in IDLE. The customer service is absolutely convincing, always reply within less than 1 hour, really great! All in all, I am very satisfied and would buy again.

Sodele, the SSD installed seems to be from "TEAM Group". Based on the data, it can only be this model: https://www.teamgroupinc.com/de... This is certainly not a top model. You can also operate 2 identical disks on the system with RAID0 to increase the transfer rate. I have measured the SSD and its performance for you and uploaded it here. https://files.fm/u... I have split my "disc" into 2 partitions. No idea whether this has any influence on performance. Operating hours are only 119 hours. The PC was bought in 25 and the date of manufacture of the SSD is also stated as 25. have a look :-) If not, here is the benchmark data in MB/s: SEQUENTIAL READ SEQ1M/Q8T1: 3563.93 SEQUENTIAL READ SEQ128K/Q32T1: 3556.02 RANDOM READ RND4K/Q32T16: 2015.29 RANDOM READ RND4K/Q1T1: 72.96 SEQUENTIAL WRITE SEQ1M/Q8T1: 2893.35 SEQUENTIAL WRITE SEQ128K/Q32T1: 2908.52 RANDOM WRITE RND4K/Q32T16: 1435.18 RANDOM WRITE RND4K/Q1T1: 256.89 Here is the benchmark data in IOPS: SEQUENTIAL READ SEQ1M/Q8T1: 3398.83 SEQUENTIAL READ SEQ128K/Q32T1: 27130.25 RANDOM READ RND4K/Q32T16: 492014.16 RANDOM READ RND4K/Q1T1: 17610.35 SEQUENTIAL WRITE SEQ1M/Q8T1: 2759.31 SEQUENTIAL WRITE SEQ128K/Q32T1: 22190.25 RANDOM WRITE RND4K/Q32T16: 350385.25 RANDOM WRITE RND4K/Q1T1: 61496.09 Greetings Dennis

To change the colours and power of the fans on this PC, you can use the software supplied by the motherboard manufacturer or third-party hardware management software, often pre-installed or downloadable from the manufacturer's website. Typically, gaming PCs like this have a fan and RGB (colour) lighting control utility built into the motherboard or tower. As the PC is equipped with a GeForce RTX 5080 graphics card, for colours linked to the graphics card (RGB lighting), you can also use NVIDIA software or compatible RGB software (for example, MSI Mystic Light, ASUS Aura Sync, or Corsair iCUE, depending on the brand of motherboard). For precise fan management, you need to check the motherboard software (often accessible at start-up or via Windows), which allows you to adjust fan speed according to temperature. If you don't find any specific software pre-installed, I advise you to consult the motherboard manual or Captiva support to find out the exact name of the software to use. The Windows 11 Home operating system is pre-installed, so you can also look in the settings or via the device manager to identify the utilities available.

Hello anon, You must first loosen the top cover with the two rear screws and pull it backwards. Then loosen the small cross screw at the top of the glass. Now you can tilt the glass plate forwards and pull it upwards. Done. Now carefully pull out the foam pad. Have fun with the thing.

The power supply is integrated behind the mainboard, i.e. on the right side of the case, which is covered. So the photos are correct, in this case you are probably more interested in the case ;-)

I cannot confirm whether the graphics card in the Captiva Highend Gaming I89-020 Core i9 RTX 5080 PC is backlit. The available information does not specifically address the graphics card's lighting. It is recommended to check the official product documentation or contact the manufacturer for more details.
