Question about Captiva Highend Gaming I89-020 Core i9 RTX 5080
Hello, I have ordered this PC yesterday. I received it today. However, it is very unclear how the plastic bag within the PC can be removed. I have been searching on the Captiva website to know how to open the box but I found nothing and the PDF manual just indicate to remove the internal plastic bag Do you have a video about this opening to be able to remove the plastic bag within the PC?

You must first loosen the top cover with the two rear screws and pull it backwards. Then loosen the small cross screw at the top of the glass. Now you can tilt the glass plate forwards and pull it upwards. Done. Now carefully pull out the foam pad. Have fun with the thing.
Hello, you have to take off the cover of the Pc then you can remove the side glass and carefully pull out the transport protection, have fun with the Pc.
The PC had a QR code linking to this video: https://www.captiva-power.de/service.... The video shows a slightly different computer model, where the removal seems to be easier than with the I89-020, but the concept is the same: Use both hands, don't jerk out the bag, but guide it steadily.
If this is about how to open up the PC, there are only a few screws that need to be removed, and then the glass on the side can be removed. It doesn't seem to come off easily, though.
