I am basically very happy with the device. However, after about a month of use, the fans have started to make strange noises at higher loads. It's not the usual hissing of the airflow, but rather a clattering/rattling noise - difficult to describe. It only occurs when the CPU temperature rises and needs to be cooled accordingly. The whole thing is quite annoying. Does anyone have a similar problem or any tips as to what the cause might be? Thanks in advance!

Hello
I actually had the same problem. At first I had problems localising the noise exactly, then I discovered a single fan from the CPU's water cooling. I stopped them one by one temporarily with my finger to localise the noise. Then when it was clear I first looked for replacement fans, but then quickly found out that these cannot be bought separately. I then pulled the propeller out quite roughly as a whole and then pushed it back in. Apparently the distance doesn't seem to be exactly right. I did this a few times and suddenly it was gone. Since then (1-2 months) I have had no more noises.
However, the whole thing was quite a "hair-raising" repair ^^ I hope I was able to help you with this. You can easily loosen the fan with 4 screws. It may be a different fan in your case. In my case it was the CPU fan at the top front near the buttons. From the water cooling.

Have a nice weekend
