Ohlàlà! I once tried to print a paper without the cassette - no chance!
Maybe Canon has a spare part? If not: buy a new device or try Ricardo...
Bonne chance!
It's exactly the same with me! Everything was perfect until a few weeks ago and now nothing works. The forums are full of them. It seems to be a problem with dust...
Press the WLAN symbol (radiating antenna) on the display, then press Connection method, via WLAN network and then Search access point. Select your WLAN and enter the password. If your provider supports WPS (e.g. Swisscom), you can also connect via WPS and press the WPS button (usually a plus at Swisscom) at the same time so that it connects.
Hello
I would recommend taking the cassette out once and putting it back in. If this does not work, take the paper out of the cassette and put it back in. Sometimes something gets jammed or shifted and the printer gives an error message.
Best regards
The photos we take with our camera have the format ".JPG". For printing via Selphy, we insert the SD card into the printer. I don't know if the printer can process other formats. Tip: Ask Canon. I have always received a quick and competent answer from Canon.

I have not experienced such problems. My suggestion: Contact Canon support. They have always dealt with my problems competently and quickly. Kind regards KW
I had this problem because I was connected with the printer in the guest WLAN and with the mobile phone in the private WLAN. It's actually logical, but I only noticed it after a while.
An activated VPN or something on the mobile phone can also interfere.
In the manual, I did not find any information on how to solve the problem. For me as a layman, it looks like a technical problem. I can only see 2 possible solutions:
- The error occurred during the warranty period. Then I would check with Digitec how to proceed in such a case.
- If the warranty period has expired, I would submit the case to Canon (https://de.canon.ch/support...).
Kind regards

The printer has a PictBridge connection, but an iPhone is not recognised as an unauthorised accessory. As Fetzair already recommended: connection via WLan works great.
HAbs also tried at home with my Fuji, but unfortunately it doesn't work. I now simply take the SD card and insert it directly into the printer or print from the tablet, PC or phone, which works without any problems... However, I would switch off the colour correction with Sony, make brightness +1 and colours strong in the printer, otherwise a somewhat flat and dull image comes out.
