Question about Canon Selphy CP1300
Hello, I have a Canon Selphy, I can't connect via WLAN, I can select the network, enter the password (which is also correct) but every time after confirming the password I get `Connection failed`..... is it the WLAN or the Canon?
A well-known "phenomenon"! According to the manual on page 78, a connection is only possible via WLAN channels 1 to 11 (standard IEEE 802.11b/g). Check which WLAN channel the router is set to. If necessary, set the channel manually.
Another "trick": Do not search for the WLAN SSID, but type it in "manually" and then the password. Good luck!

Unfortunately, I can't help with the question because we don't use the device via WLAN. My suggestion: Submit the problem to Canon. Kind regards KW
