Warranty only from Digitec and not from Canon. So only two years. As far as I know, Canon gives 3. This one is far too expensive for a grey import. I would only buy it if it was at least 30% cheaper.
Delivery times are only estimates, never a guarantee
Thank you for pointing this out, I will be happy to pass this on to the relevant department for checking.
Each of the model numbers you listed - 4147C001, 4147C004, 4147C005 and 4147C026 - correspond to different packages or regional variants of the Canon R5. Basically, however, it is one-to-one the same camera only from different sources, hence the differences in price.
I dont know the exact number but not that much for sure . I return it after 10 days to get the R5C and use it for work . I took care of it very well and return it back clean .
No, as this is an EU model, it is not on sale.
A very good buy, at a more than reasonable price! Even though the Mark II will soon be announced, the Mark I is still a great camera and will remain so for a long time to come!
The price is without cashback. You don't get it from Galaxus, you have to apply for it from Canon. This is relatively simple. Canon pays the cashback to an account that you have to specify.
On my R5 (firmware 1.8.1), the function can be found under "Tools", "Save/load camera settings card".
You'll find the details in the "cash back" tab under the product in question. If you have any further questions on this subject, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Services directly: https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/fr/requests/new
The images are read directly via the camera's USB-C port to the EOS Utility software, which, with the appropriate settings, automatically transfers the new images to the PC when the camera is connected. An external card reader is not required.
Nope, you need the adapter for EF lenses. The offer is also available with an adapter.
The price was never less than 4000 Fr. as you can clearly see in the price development. Other suppliers are not cheaper either. Offers below 4000 Fr. are all grey imports. I recommend consulting Toppreise.ch for more information.
8K recording is only possible with a very fast CFExpress card. Sandisk Extreme Pro Type B (CFexpress Type B, 256GB)
This is the first I've heard of it. The heat is generated by the processor, not by the card.
No is not possible. For 8K recordings with a UHS-II, a maximum of IPB is possible (tried with a SanDisk Extreme Pro 300MB/s). Anything higher is only possible with a CFexpress card.
Unfortunately, we currently have no information on when the item will be available and when we will be able to deliver it. As soon as something changes in this regard, we will post it here. Sorry.
There are no kits. Can be put together yourself with RF lenses and EOS Plus X bonus when purchased within 12 months. With RF24-105 f/4.0L it would then be CHF 220.-. https://de.canon.ch/lens-promo/
Yes, I received the machine on DI and it is covered by the Canon Premium Warranty.
This is measured with standardised tests according to CIPA. The data are absolutely unrealistic because, among other things, it is assumed that each picture is viewed again on the monitor and the camera is not turned off between shots. In daily use, a realistic size is about twice the stated size. So 320 photos correspond to about 600-700 photos in normal use. By the way, this applies to all camera batteries.
