Cashback was already available at the price of 1649.-, I don't think you will get a detailed answer to your question from Digitec. Purchase prices also change, perhaps the current stock had to be purchased at a higher price... The euro exchange rate has also changed in recent months and demand is also likely to increase in the summer months.
You can apply for the 230.- from Canon after purchase. So 1019.- for a 6d mII
You have to register the camera online at Canon to profit from the 3 year premium warranty. Else you will just have the normal 2 year warranty.

The 18-400 is an aps-c lens so no!
Canon itself writes in their online shop 27.7.2017 so I think 2 to 4 days is not correct but as always with Digitec it is so that it says something but in the end if it is not in stock it takes much longer than stated.

EF-S lenses cannot be mounted on Canon full frame cameras. Canon makes this mechanically impossible.
Conversely, it is possible to mount full format lenses on APS-C cameras, such as the 90D.
EF-S lenses are calculated for APS-C.

Protective glasses for the LCD? No, that's no longer necessary. I have the 6D Mk II in daily heavy use and although I don't use protective glass, I don't have a single visible scratch. I believe that protective glasses are a goldmine for their manufacturers but no longer have any relevant use.

Next time be faster... ;) IMHO it may return as this model has a strong competition from the EOS R line which seems to be similarly priced but more attractive as 'newer'. We will see.
