Thank you for your articles in our Community regarding the upcoming opening of the BRU CH shop. I am sure that some community members will be able to benefit from this information.
Fortunately mine is still running . Support ? Which support. I received one reply regarding descaling. Otherwise no answer. Several requests supposedly never arrived, copies of emails sent and the "support" has already discovered the emails. I am supposed to be notified as soon as the app is activated. Months have already passed. The machine is absolutely great when it's running, but the so-called support is just an overpriced product. I still paid 280.
For 400ml and 95 degrees the machine needs a measured 50 seconds

I've been using the machine for a week now. So, you can brew a maximum of 350ml per brewing time - but up to 4 brews in a row = 1400ml of tea. This means you start this mode, wait 10 minutes for your tea, get 350ml and then wait another 10 minutes - without having to press another button and get 350ml again (and so on up to max. 4 times).
