So after I wrote to Bru again yesterday evening to say that I would like to buy spare parts in Switzerland, I was informed today that a Swiss shop will be opening in 1 - 1.5 months. What an added value for the great tea machine from Bru. I am very pleased. By the way, the Bru company offers great customer service.
