I was one of the first kickstarter backers for this product. I still have not received this product because they mismanage the entire process. After they lost all the money to bad management and design, they extorted people for more money making this product well over the price point.

The machine does not function properly, has no spare parts available as of now and still does not have a proper functioning app as advertised.

This company is trash and lies to its' customers. Stay away from them.

I bought it here on Digitec and couldn't be happier with it! I'm ordering a second one for the office. I would be just as frustrated with your experience - all I can say about the machine is: unpack it, fill it with water, learn how to use it and it does exactly what it's supposed to do and it's marvellous!
