Dear Community! I also used the machine relatively early on. I paid about 150 Fr. via Indiegogo at the time. In the beginning, everything went really well. After a few months, I kept getting the error message "missing noozle", which I complained about several times. Unfortunately, I was unable to rectify the error, as the steps described by BRU did not lead to anything. Two days ago I wrote a bitter e-mail to the support team. Then came the message. They would make a meta version of the app available to me which could apparently solve the problem. I suspect that a defective sensor is the culprit here. Unfortunately, today the water flowed somewhere through the machine onto the kitchen worktop instead of into the cup. I have informed the support team, or whatever you can call them, because, as I was assured by e-mail, I have a two-year guarantee on it. The company address is somewhere in Zurich and I actually know the area quite well. I've asked for a replacement or free repair and we'll see what comes of it. Otherwise I'll contact the Beobachter or K-Tipp. I think the idea itself is great. But so often with projects like this, the workmanship is poor or even unusable, especially in the first series. I would therefore treat the machine with caution.

Support ? Which support.
I received one reply regarding descaling. Otherwise no answer. Several requests supposedly never arrived, copies of emails sent and the "support" has already discovered the emails. I am supposed to be notified as soon as the app is activated. Months have already passed.
The machine is absolutely great when it's running, but the so-called support is just an overpriced product.
I still paid 280.

I also got the error message with the noozle.
Over time, the opening mechanism got stuck. (I bought the machine in February. 7 months later the mechanism jammed.... ) It took a few days/weeks before I finally got the machine repaired. (First a replacement was promised, the same machine came back supposedly everything was fine, then immediately had another error that the glass is not inside and mechanism jammed again after 2nd use (had also sent video evidence via WhatsApp). After 1 month the same problem again. Then the WhatsApp channel was changed. Now suddenly nobody knows about it.I first have to send the serial number again Order number because they can't find anything with them anymore. Then I sent photos of the whole chat history a few days ago, there was no answer until now...

Update:
Support has contacted me. As the managing director is also on a business trip, I can send or bring the machine in from 5 February. I'm looking forward to it and will keep you up to date.
