Did you move the green part back and forth when changing the toner?
If not, try that, otherwise replace the drums (they should last 20000 pages though).
Hello Angelo51, that's no problem at all. Works with Windows from 7, 8 etc. Mac & Linux, even Mobile. Greetings
Here is the driver page from Brother:

Unfortunately, I can't answer that question. I have it turned 90° on top of an office cupboard for exactly this reason. I still need to find something suitable.
When the memory is full, it is full :-) You can scan in several ways, which one do you use? The error message could match a USB stick, are you scanning to USB stick? Is it full?
That's only at the beginning. It was the same for me at the beginning. But it's gone now. We just had our laser printer repaired in the shop. The repairman put in a new heater. Now it smells the same in the office. But the repairman says it will pass. So it doesn't seem to be anything unusual with a new machine.
Hello Maersk
The original equipment toners have a range of 1,000 pages according to ISO/IEC 19752, see here: https://www.brother.ch/de-ch/drucker/all-in-one-laserdrucker/mfc-l3770cdw
I cannot answer the second question. Maybe you can find a suitable answer with a little Google search, or you can ask the manufacturer directly.

Hello Fidan_Hoxha
Yes, the machine has an integrated fax modem. Receiving and sending faxes can be done directly with the machine or indirectly via software that can be installed on the PC (optional).
Greetings
I assume you mean secure printing with Windows.
Yes, see specifications (expand):
https://www.brother.ch/de-ch/drucker/laserdrucker/mfc-l3770cdw#specifications
And manual p. 73 (or page numbering p. 66):

I have the same problem, but much earlier. According to Brother Support Switzerland I should buy a new toner and then send in the "defective" one, if the problem is confirmed I will get a replacement.
(Btw: I have tried "everything", with cleaning the roller, etc., but it all did not help).
Not a question but a note: Apparently it can happen that the printer can no longer be switched on (e.g. in my case). If this happens after the warranty period has expired and you want to continue using the device, there is a work-around:
1) Disconnect the device from the power supply and wait approx. 10 seconds;
2) Simultaneously press the on/off switch on the device and reconnect it to the power supply.
3) The printer should then start up again.
Unfortunately, you always have to do this from now on. I therefore use a power strip with a switch so that I don't have to fumble around with plugs.
Who has this printer squeaking all the time? It is actually very quiet, but you can always hear a slight squeaking noise. I wanted to send the printer in and got a Brother MFC-L3730 CDN on loan. Unfortunately it squeaks even more! Is that just part of the Brother printer? It's really annoying, especially as I've never had this with HP/Kyocera etc. (I'm sitting next to the printer and have to print a lot for business).
Many thanks for your help, unfortunately I couldn't get any further with Brother itself....
Hello Anonymous
If the print quality is still good, you don't need to replace the drums yet, because the machine doesn't "jam". Except for the error "Drum! - Move green slider back and forth"! That's why I always order a set in reserve when the message "Replace drum" comes up.
On the existing 4 drums (that's where the toner is), you'll find the name "DR243CL".
If you can't find the product at Digitec, look here: https://www.toppreise.ch/preisvergleich/Brother-Toner/BROTHER-Trommeleinheit-DR-243CL-p537518?selsort=rd

Hello BLERO123
No, this machine already has toner in it as basic equipment for approx. 1,000 pages, see here: https://www.brother.ch/de-ch/drucker/all-in-one-laserdrucker/mfc-l3770cdw under "Technical data" / "Consumables and accessories" / it says: "Supplied toner cartridge - BK 1,000 pages, CMY 1,000 pages".
With the SET offer Brother MFC-L3770CDW incl. TN-243 Multipack (WLAN, Laser/LED, colour, duplex printing) mentioned by you, you simply have an advantageous price for an additional set with toner.
In general, I wouldn't recommend buying toner in stock, but as needed. I have set myself the following rule when recommending purchases: Toner should not be older than 1 year (in the machine). Means: Toner that you need frequently (e.g. black/BK) should be bought in large capacity (~3'000 pages) = TN-247BK. Toner which is used less often (e.g. colours/CMY) should be bought in small capacity (~1'000 pages) = TN-243CMY.
If after 3 years you still have hardly used starter toners in the machine, you probably bought the wrong machine.
