Yes, of course, there are normal Lightning cables.

So with my Samsung Galaxy S8, fast charging went without a hitch. I have also connected it to a wireless charging pad and it is also charging in fast charging mode. I can't say at what strength the current flows through the cable.

2 x 1m cables, a third 1.5m cable and then 3 different adapters (lighting, USB C and a micro USB I think)

Yes, it is.
I've both cables/pin's and they are fully compatible in both ways. My feeling is that the cable integrated magnet is a bit stronger from this Atra cable than from the picked cable.
