Question about Atra 3-in-1 magnetic USB cable

I have connected the cable with the USB-C pin to my Sony XPERIA XZ1 and have neither charging current (tried on different adapters) nor data connection. Is the cable not compatible or what is wrong here ?

I have been using this cable for some time with all pins (USB-C, Micro-USB, Lightning). It works perfectly with all devices. There is a green LED at the end of the cable where the pins are plugged in. This should light up when the USB-A port is connected to a charger. There are 3 cables included. Does none of them work? The best thing to do is to try another pin with a corresponding device, e.g. Micro-USB. Maybe it's the USB-C pin or the Xperia has something against this cable.

The easiest way is to try out another device with a microUSB or Lightning connection and a computer to see if anything happens. This way you can check whether the cable is defective or only the USB-C pin.
