The Panasonic Lumix TZ99 delivers great shots and good quality 4K videos in good light. However, the image quality suffers in dim light and with a high ISO setting. It is better to use the built-in flash. Beginners will get on well with the simple operation. Too bad: The Lumix TZ99 does not have a viewfinder.
