Lindy Video cable DisplayPort / HDMI

The active Lindy Mini DisplayPort to HDMI adapter cable allows you to connect a 4K@60Hz HDMI display or projector to a device with a Mini DisplayPort output. This active cable converts single and dual-mode Mini DisplayPort output signals, thereby increasing compatibility with most graphics cards.

The cable supports resolutions up to 4096x2160@60Hz as well as High Dynamic Range (HDR), allowing 4K content to be displayed with crystal-clear quality, enhanced contrast, and lifelike colors – perfect for eye-catching displays in retail, an innovative work environment, or an immersive video experience in sports bars or home cinemas. Uncompressed multi-channel audio enables an impressive 3D surround sound experience.

It also supports AMD Eyefinity technology, providing a cost-effective way to create a non-standard aspect ratio or to set up an ultra-HD video wall consisting of three or more monitors. This technology also allows for the simultaneous operation of multiple applications on different screens, thus increasing productivity. The MiniDP to HDMI cable is available in lengths of up to 3 meters.

Please note that audio output via HDMI is only supported if the graphics card of the laptop or PC supports audio output via DisplayPort. Some onboard graphics cards, such as those in the Mobile Intel 4 Series Express chipset in laptops, do not support audio output via DisplayPort – even if HDMI support for audio controllers has been installed. In such cases, a separate audio connection must be established.

Please also note that some of the new Nvidia drivers may not work correctly with 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 when converting from DP/miniDP to HDMI. You may only achieve a resolution of 4K@60Hz 4:2:2.
