The design of the Kali Audio LP-6 V2 studio monitor, equipped with a 6.5-inch bass driver, focuses on delivering a balanced sound at an affordable price across genres. The advanced three-dimensional waveguide, large voice coil, and precise tuning produce clear and accurate sound, while the larger-than-average low-frequency magnet and patented bass port provide power and punch to the bass reproduction. The front-facing bass port is shaped to allow air to move quickly in all areas, resulting in a tight bass response that extends low enough that a separate subwoofer isn't necessary. The active speaker easily integrates into any system and can be transported to various mixing locations. The connectivity covers any situation, and with six ready EQ presets, the reproduction remains neutral regardless of the mixing location. The speakers are quickly operational without complex measurements, and different usage options are illustrated clearly on the speaker’s rear panel. Adjustments are easy with DSP switches.

The new second generation features an even more improved amplifier with less noise, higher sensitivity, and an even smoother high-frequency response. The ready EQ settings have been refined based on feedback, and the lighter bass cone produces a more balanced response.
