Helaglass GSS braided hose insulation is used for insulating wires in heating elements and other household appliances exposed to high temperatures. This flexible, fiberglass braided insulation is impregnated with silicone and is particularly suitable for over-temperature protection in lighting applications. It offers good resistance to chemical environments and good flexibility. The material consists of fiberglass with silicone and has a dielectric strength of 0.8 kV. The flammability class is self-extinguishing.
