Spectrum Smart ABS filament is a material known for its high impact bending strength combined with relatively high stiffness. The "smart" version features enhanced processing parameters, which notably lower the challenges of additive manufacturing with standard ABS material. This primarily involves a reduction in shrinkage and a limitation on the release of irritating volatile compounds during processing. An undeniable advantage of this material is that it retains its properties at temperatures as low as -40°C.

Compared to standard ABS, Smart ABS stands out due to:
