Thanks to its highly flowable and fast-cooling formula, the Hyper Series PLA supports a printing speed of up to 600 mm/s. The high flowability ensures sufficient melting and extrusion, while the rapid cooling allows for quick shaping during high-speed printing. The high stability guarantees minimal changes in thermal expansion and cold contraction even at high printing speeds, resulting in high dimensional accuracy and better outcomes. With higher tensile strength than ABS and greater toughness than conventional PLA, the Hyper Series PLA offers better structural integrity for printed models. Based on two-way laser diameter measurement, the accuracy of the filament diameter is 1.75 ± 0.03 mm, ensuring a more consistent flow of the filament. The precise control of the filament diameter and the automatic winding device ensure smooth printing without tangles.
