Thanks to its highly fluid and fast-cooling formula, the Hyper Series PLA supports a printing speed of up to 600 mm/s. The high flowability ensures sufficient melting and extrusion, while the rapid cooling allows for quick shaping during high-speed printing. The high stability guarantees minimal changes in thermal expansion and cold contraction even at high printing speeds, resulting in high dimensional accuracy and better outcomes. With a higher tensile strength than ABS and greater toughness than conventional PLA, the Hyper Series PLA offers better structural integrity for printed models. Based on two-way laser diameter measurement, the filament diameter accuracy is 1.75±0.03 mm, ensuring a more consistent flow of the filament. The precise control of filament diameter and the automatic winding device ensure smooth printing without tangles.
