Sowohl Wasser, Licht als auch Wischen kann der Tinte der Canon CLI-551XL BK nicht wirklich etwas anhaben. Weiterhin kann die schwarze Patrone mit einer sehr guten Druckqualität aufwarten, zumal sie sich einfach Auspacken und Einsetzen lässt. Die Verpackung und die Füllstandsanzeige sind jedoch nicht optimal.

Die Anleitung im Lieferumfang kann nicht überzeugen, ebenso muss man bei der mäßigen Verpackung und der Füllstandsanzeige Abzüge machen. Dafür liefert die originale Patrone jedoch eine sehr gute Druckqualität, sie ist bei Licht, Wasser und Wischen sehr beständig, zumal sie bei der Handhabung auch überzeugen kann.
