Schneider This APC Smart-UPS was designed for IT professionals and network administrators to ensure uptime and operational continuity. The network-interactive 3kVA, 2U, rack-mount UPS delivers pure sine wave power to support critical electronics during power outages. It features an IEC 320 C20 input, BS1363A British and protective contact CEE 7/EU1-16P input cable, 8 IEC 320 C13 and 1 IEC 320 C19 connectors, as well as 3 IEC bridging cables. It offers cloud-based remote monitoring of power supply, UPS firmware upgrades, remote diagnostics, and proactive email notifications with recommended actions. It includes a SmartSlot for an optional network management card that enables proper shutdown of physical servers, virtual machines, and HCI clusters via PowerChute Network Shutdown. The Smart-UPS comes with a 3-year warranty and the built-in lead-acid battery has a 2-year warranty. The UPS can be connected to EcoStruxure IT or centralized management platforms from third parties. It provides surge protection against lightning strikes, voltage sags, power outages, and overvoltages. It is compatible with a special, user-replaceable battery. The APC replacement battery cassette helps restore the UPS performance to its original specifications.

Electrical safety

Due to its high performance, this device requires a 16 Ampère socket (type 23). If no suitable wall socket is available, the conversion must be carried out by an authorised installer.
