This semi-hard spike ball, also known as a nubby ball or spiky ball, is perfectly suited for a variety of purposes. It can be used for massage, in physiotherapy, for grip exercises with the hands, or to relieve pain. The medium-hard spikes provide an intense massage and stimulation of muscle and fascia tissue.
