This semi-hard spike ball, also known as a nubby ball or spiky ball, is perfectly suited for various purposes. It can be used for massage, in physiotherapy, for grip exercises with the hands, or for pain relief. The medium-hard nubs provide an intense massage and stimulation of the muscle and fascia tissue.
