The Metal ProFill bronze 2.85mm filament is an innovative 3D printing material filled with 80% gravimetric bronze powder. This PLA filament allows for the creation of objects with realistic metal properties, impressing in both feel and weight. With a weight three times that of conventional ProFill PLA, it offers impressive thermal conductivity and remarkable processability. The special composition minimizes warping and ensures consistent print quality, while an added lubricant improves flow and prevents clogging at the nozzle. The filament can be used with most common 3D FDM printers that have a nozzle diameter of at least 0.35 mm. It is important to note that this filament may cause more wear on nozzles due to its higher abrasiveness, so hardened nozzles are recommended.
