I ordered this set with all toners, the colour works fine, but with the black toner I have the problem that the sheets are now printed completely black. even after 30 pages everything is still black. Is there a solution?
Well, usually the problem lies with the intermediate image carrier (the green roll). The intermediate image carrier picks up the ink completely and transfers it to the transfer ribbon at the points where it was illuminated by the laser or LED diode. However, as it looks, the intermediate image carrier can no longer manage the static to keep the toner on the roll.
Since the intermediate image carrier is built into these toners, the toner must be replaced.

I had something like this in blue.
Removing the 'faulty' toner cartridge again and reinstalling it helped.
