The settings for roaming can normally be set separately for each SIM slot on a DUAL SIM device.
According to my research, the supplier Qynamic still exists, but unfortunately we can no longer arrange the item.

No, only as a physical SIM... so the other existing SIM card would have to be available as an eSIM, otherwise it won't work.

You can't. The Q-SIM is purely an access to mobile data. A telephone number is required to receive text messages.

I have the card in a stationary WiFi router and use it to supply the holiday home in Italy.
But you can also use a small WiFi hotspot.

I don't understand your question exactly. The product is a SIM card that is compatible with both Android and iOS devices. A mobile hotspot also works.

Whats App works! After installing the Q-Sim and opening WhatsApp, WhatsApp asks if you want to keep the number and then says "Yes" or "Keep old number" I can't remember exactly. But that's how it works :)

Yes, you can. Set your own SIM to calls and SMS and the Q-SIM to data/Internet. In this way, Whatsapp and the like will also run via your own number but the data volume will be used by the Q-SIM.
