Do not check the instructions.... Can I also use this Dynamic SIM Card in my HUAWEI Hotspot or is it only possible with an iPhone? The idea would be that several people would then have WiFi together and I wouldn't have to convert my iPhone either.

I have the card in a stationary WiFi router and use it to supply the holiday home in Italy.

Yes, definitely. The SIM card can be used platform-independently and allows access from several devices. I use the card in a Huawei E3372 when we are travelling in the VW bus.
