Question about Qynamic Q-SIM Zone Global

I had such a SIM card in operation in a Huawei Mobile WiFi. So it should work in general.

I have no experience with Huawei. We have 3 Samsung devices, one of them has the card in it, enables the hotspot, devices 2 and 3 have access.
