Jabra DUPLIKAT Evolve 75 MS Duo
Wireless, USB-A
Hey Robert.schaeublin, Scope of delivery consists of: Travel case , Quick start guide , USB cable , Jabra Link 370 USB adapter. The USB cable has to be connected to the PC somewhere. A power adapter for the wall socket is not included. Greetings
Yes, works perfectly
I can't say whether it's a production fault or not. I had the same problem with mine and it was replaced (warranty).
I also had this with iTunes and another BT headset. It was solved under CD and DVD settings by deactivating the auto-play function. A BT headset is sometimes also a CD/DVD on a Mac :-)
I think with the Duo you can pair 2 devices at the same time, phone and pc for example... but please check again ...
The latter has a kind of "docking station" with it, if the pictures are appropriately correct :)
So I have no problems at all, already used the same headset from my son before I bought it. I am completely satisfied
You can bend the temple apart a little at the top so that the earpieces don't press so hard on the ear. I assume that you can also bend it together for a narrower head, but I won't try it out.
Hello. No. The connection is only via Bluetooth. There is no 3.5mm jack on the headset. Only a micro usb plug.
MS is optimised/zeroed for Microsoft Skype for Business (now Microsoft Teams). UC is for all other applications. From the Jabra FAQ: What is the difference between the ordinary UC models and the models certified for Microsoft Skype for Business? With the models that are certified for Microsoft Skype for Business (or Microsoft Lync), you can use Microsoft Skype for Business via the plug-and-play function. Plug-and-play has the following advantages: Automatic selection as the default audio device. Call answer/end, volume control and mute functions. If several certified audio devices are available, call prioritisation is also possible. Microsoft Skype for Business then transmits the sound to the appropriate device used for the incoming call. If you are using a Microsoft Skype for Business certified model with another computer softphone client, the product should work exactly like a UC model in terms of audio and features (such as call answer/end, volume control and mute). If you do not use Microsoft Skype for Business, please use the standard UC model.
Standard USB A dongle (so not USB-C) or Bluetooth; for example, easily connects to computer (USB dongle) and smartphone (Bluetooth).
Yes, the Jabra Evolve 75 MS works fine with macOS. The headset appears as a normal microphone/headphones audio device and can be used with any application. Among others, I have already used it with Slack, Zoom, Skype (not Business). Either the headset can be paired directly with the Mac via Bluetooth, or the supplied USB dongle (pre-paired with the headset from the factory, just plug it in) can be used.
Leider passt dieses Headset nicht zum Aastra 5730. Unter folgendem Link findest du das passende Headset: Jabra Engage 65 Stereo (Bluetooth, RJ-9, Kabellos, DECT, Cisco, Unify, Skype for Business) .
Pure Bluetooth connection is sufficient. The Jabra apps make the use and setup easier
Unfortunately, Jabra lists this model on their compatibility website. Accordingly, I assume that it is not compatible.
