Is the product compatible with Mac? Can I also use it to make video calls with Skype (normal, not Business), Teams and Zoom?
Yes, the Jabra Evolve 75 MS works fine with macOS. The headset appears as a normal microphone/headphones audio device and can be used with any application. Among others, I have already used it with Slack, Zoom, Skype (not Business). Either the headset can be paired directly with the Mac via Bluetooth, or the supplied USB dongle (pre-paired with the headset from the factory, just plug it in) can be used.
