Question about Jabra DUPLIKAT Evolve 75 MS Duo

Unfortunately, I have recently had the problem that when I am in an MS Teams meeting, the other participants hear my surroundings much more strongly than they hear me at the microphone. Has anyone had the same problem? I have been wearing the headphones for about 3 months, but have only had the problem for 2 weeks. ANC (noise cancellation) is on and connected via USB adapter to the notebook and simultaneously via BT to the mobile phone.
