Digitec Galaxus has launched a new quote tool for business customers. The tool, which is integrated into the shop, simplifies the procurement process, allowing business customers to easily request quotes for larger quantities.
Quick and easy
Until now, business customers could only request quotes from Digitec Galaxus via e-mail – a manual, time-consuming process. Now, the days of long Excel documents, shopping cart screenshots, and endless e-mail ping-pong are over. From now on, we offer a new, smart solution: you can now get a quote for anything your company may need directly through the online shop.

- Clear overview: all requested quotes in the quote manager

Attractive discount tiers:
- Up to CHF 5,000: quote document for internal purchasing processes
- From CHF 5,000 to 10,000: direct discount on the order – depending on availability and specifications
- Over CHF 10,000: our team of B2B Project Specialists handles individual project pricing and gathers additional or improved offers from suppliers and manufacturers.
How it works:
- Select products: in the online shop, add the desired products to your quote request by clicking the «Request quote» button.
- Request quote: you'll find your selected products in the header area under the price tag icon. As soon as you've selected the billing and delivery address (an order reference is optional), you can submit your quote request.
- Receive quote: depending on the project specification, Digitec Galaxus will either prepare a quote immediately or our B2B employees will contact you for clarification. You'll be notified by e-mail.
- Track the status of the quote: you can find the status of your quote request at any time in your customer account under «My quote requests».
- Accept the offer: as soon as the offer is available, you can purchase it directly in the online shop.
- Customise the quote: if you only want to buy certain products from the quote, please create a new request using the «Edit quote» button.
Please note: for smooth communication, please make sure the e-mail and contact information in your customer account is up to date.
