Love the vacuum cleaner, but I can't find the proper filters anywhere it. 'Contact the supplier' is what I've been told, yet they don't even have them on their website. I can live with the fact that it doesn't have a swiss cord, but the filters are important for longevity of the product as well as proper functionality.

Unfortunately, there is no Swiss version of the Raspberry Pi 500+. However, you can buy one of the 85-key models (e.g. German) and replace the keycaps. You need flat keycaps ("low profile"), and they must allow the LED lighting to shine through ("shine through" or "transparent"). Both are available on sale, but not combined. Does anyone have any tips, especially for the Raspberry Pi 500+?

1. Firstly, why are the product specifications stated in such varying ways? This creates uncertainty as to what you will actually end up with. 2. Why is an anti-stick coating, if mentioned at all, only referred to in very general terms, without specifying whether it is an older model with a Teflon coating or a latest-generation appliance with a ceramic coating? This is fundamental to the purchasing decision, because Teflon is an absolute deal-breaker! Why doesn’t Galaxus hold its partners to account for providing transparent and accurate product descriptions?

I hate it when websites take on a life of their own and automatic videos demand my attention. I can't even get through the blog posts because I'm constantly distracted by these short videos. How can I turn off this invention? I can't find any help for it, only (ironically) Digitec blog posts with titles like "No more Shorts: YouTube gives parents more control" and "Finally: Trailer autoplay on Netflix can be turned off!"

Why do I have to pick up my parcels, for which I am charged postage and which are delivered by DHL, at a DHL point and pay parking fees for them, even though I have deposited a parcel depot at my front door with DHL without a signature? I received no answer to my question from DHL. I will no longer place any orders with Galaxus. I will cancel the open orders.

Sometimes the chat button will come up but very often it won't. What is the reason for this? Why is there no chat support at Digitec? I don't feel like writing an email and waiting three weeks for someone to "maybe" answer. Some things can be done in 5 minutes via chat.

What are the opening hours of the chat support? In my experience, it is available rather sporadically. The chat is by far my favourite contact option :)

Hello, My hard drive, purchased on 24/12/2025 (Order communicated privately), has failed (bad sectors). A customer service case was opened on 08/06/2026 (Service case no. communicated privately). The hard drive was received by your services on 16/06/2026. Since then, my case has not been resolved. I have contacted your platform several times, and no timeframe for processing the request has been given to me. The last time was today, and I was just informed that a request has been sent to the repair department (internal number 25076244). Your General Terms and Conditions of Sale for Galaxus.fr, paragraph 9.1, state that the repair or replacement of the item will occur within thirty days. To date, you have not honored this commitment. Therefore, I kindly request that you replace this hard drive as soon as possible. Specifically, the same brand and characteristics as the current one (if not available in this capacity, a higher capacity will be accepted). I do not wish to receive a refund but rather a replacement, given the exceeded deadline.

Foreword about me: I've been tech-savvy ever since I had to get batteries for Dad's remote control from the electronics store around the corner. When ordering, I noticed that I almost overlooked that the item came from a marketplace seller. It also struck me that sometimes even pure online retailers like Evisto.ch act as sellers. That's why I'd be interested to know what strategy Galaxus or Digitec/Galaxus is pursuing behind this. Simplified, the distribution chain sometimes seems to me to be like this: Manufacturer → Importer/Wholesaler → Evisto → Galaxus Marketplace → Customer or even Manufacturer → Wholesaler → Another Retailer → Evisto → Galaxus → Customer My thought on this: "I (customer) asked a friend who offers a radio if he happened to have an amplifier. He replied: "Not me, BUT! A friend of mine has a buddy whose cousin has a cousin whose colleague has one. From an economic perspective, every additional trade level usually means additional margins. That's why I wonder what added value this model offers the customer. Is it mainly about a larger product selection, better availability, or are there other reasons? My experience with pure online retailers and what I read about them: "Do you know what loot boxes are?" I'm interested in the considerations behind this marketplace strategy.

Hello, I'm new here and looking for advice :) I made a nostalgic purchase and bought an Alpine car radio from the 80s. Because I'm so nice, the seller gave me a second one :) Now here's the thing, both show the same error. Maximum runtime of 5 minutes, then a disturbance signal comes, beep, beep at short intervals and doesn't stop. Power supply 12 and 13.8V tested Signal comes from tape or radio Does anyone know this and where do I start? Call for help. Thanks

I had a very serious and stressful experience with Galaxus.nl. I placed order (Order number) for an MSI MEG Z890 GODLIKE motherboard worth €1249. The package I received was damaged, incomplete and contained a different product. I returned it through the official Galaxus return system under return (Return number). After weeks of waiting, instead of receiving a clear refund or proper explanation, I received a very serious accusation of attempted fraud. I asked Galaxus several times to provide clear and verifiable evidence, including serial number reports, return inspection documents and an explanation why other invoices with different details were linked to my case. So far, I have not received a proper explanation. The live chat agents were polite, but they repeatedly said they had no access to the internal department handling the case. Being accused of fraud without receiving clear evidence is extremely serious and unacceptable. I am still waiting for a full written explanation, evidence and a fair resolution. I strongly advise customers to keep screenshots, payment proofs, return receipts and all communication if they have a serious issue with this company.

How long does the 60°C cotton programme take with 6–8 kg of laundry when the ‘Time Saver’ button is not pressed? I can’t get any precise figures from Electrolux themselves, and certainly none on how much shorter the programme becomes when the ‘Time Saver’ button is pressed once or twice. Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable.
