Unfortunately, it's not the first time: I order products from digitec for business that are labelled "Status green, x pieces in stock, delivery in two days" and then wait weeks for them. As the company is a customer there, I'm unfortunately tied to the shop - which makes me absolutely sick. Current example: I ordered the DJI Cellular Dongle 2 in mid-April. At that time the delivery date was 17 May. The other day I received an email saying that it would be further delayed. The joke of the matter: According to the system, there are supposedly still 8 units in stock. I am so pissed off. Have you had any similar experiences with digitec's stock levels recently?

I have a Canon E410 printer with external ink tanks. Although all the tanks are still more than half full, I get an error message that one colour has run out and the printer has stopped printing. How can I still continue printing?

It's actually always been like this for me. The item says "Delivered tomorrow in XY". If I then order the item, of course in good time in the sense of Galaxus, the order details always say "Delivery the day after tomorrow". Why can't the delivery time, which is obviously known, be stated next to the item?

Dear Community I would like to start a discussion after another frustration with Planzer. Unfortunately, I've already had many times that Planzer parcels could not be delivered on the intended day and I felt lost on the phone with customer service. I assume that some orders have also experienced this... If I could choose, I would always prefer Post, but with my last order I had no such option. Was that my fault and I overlooked it, or did I have no choice at all? What are your experiences? Planzer Paket has a 1.9 rating on Google. Many customers are not so happy... A lot of them, actually. What is Galaxus' view on this extremely poor customer rating? Unhappy customers are also bad for Galaxus, aren't they? Best wishes to all Manuel

Planzer still hasn't delivered an order placed on Galaxus on Monday, and it's already Friday evening. Since Wednesday, they've been putting off delivery day after day with lame excuses. Now they're telling me they won't deliver until Monday. I'm disgusted, because this was a gift that I should have handed over at the weekend. Why doesn't Galaxus just use La Poste, which is much more reliable?

Since when does Galaxus have such a long delivery time? (The ordered items are all in stock) I ordered them this morning, now the order is not supposed to arrive until Tuesday? (I have not selected slow delivery)

Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable. Hello everyone, Are there any considerations or long-term plans to provide a public REST API for Digitec Galaxus or is such a thing conceivable in principle? This would mean read-only access to product data such as descriptions, specifications, prices, availability, categories or ratings. This could be used to build your own tools, for example for price analyses, product comparisons, data exports, notifications, etc. Of course, under clear framework conditions such as API keys, rate limits and access only to public data without influencing shop functions. I would be interested to know whether there are already statements or discussions on this or whether a public API is deliberately not planned. Thank you very much.

Are there any other brands apart from KeMar Kitchenware (e.g. the KRC-300: https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s2/product/kemar-kitchenware-krc-300-reiskocher-mit-daempfeinsatz-dampfgarer-reiskocher-23528899 ) that offer rice cookers with a pot without a non-stick coating?

I'd like to briefly share my recent experience here - not purely to vent frustration, but as a well-intentioned warning for anyone who owns expensive hardware whose market price is currently rising massively. This has just happened to me with an ASUS RTX 5090. What happened? I bought an RTX 5090 in October 2025 for around CHF 2,300. The card recently suffered minor damage: A loose contact on the connector for the fan supply on the radiator. Since it was under full warranty, I thought I'd go the right way and send it in instead of tinkering with it myself. However, the service centre classified the case as "economically not repairable" without consulting me. Digitec then automatically issued a credit note for the old purchase price. The problem: Due to the current worldwide shortage, the market value of the card is now around CHF 3,400. The credit note is therefore worthless to me, as I cannot get a replacement on the market. My request to simply return the card to me unrepaired so that I can have the cable soldered at my own expense was refused - the device was no longer in stock. The bottom line is that I am left without a card and have effectively lost CHF 1,100 in value. I sympathise with the dealer - but a warning to you: To be fair, I do understand Digitec's behaviour from a purely commercial point of view. In the background, Digitec will probably only receive a credit note from the distributor based on the old purchase price of 2025 in such a case. If they were to provide me with a new card as a replacement today, they would have to pay the difference of CHF 1,100 out of their own pocket. It is obvious that a company would not voluntarily swallow these costs in the rigid structures of the supply chain. The bitter conclusion for us consumers, however, is that this inflation risk is passed on 100% to us via the general terms and conditions (section 7.1) in the case of warranty claims. If prices rise, the credit note is a massive loss-making transaction in an emergency. My advice to the Community: Given the current hardware shortage, think three times about whether you should really send in a card with minor damage (such as a defective fan or broken cable). As soon as the device slips through the service centre as "not repairable", you will never see the hardware again and will be fobbed off with the old purchase price. If in doubt, repairing it yourself after the first few months is unfortunately the smaller risk in the current market situation. Good luck to you all!

I like my Sonicare toothbrushes (models 2100 and 3100), but the plastic of the switch-on button always disintegrates after a year and soon afterwards the toothbrush can no longer be switched on. Galaxus always replaces the appliance without any problems. But it's not sustainable. Before I buy a more expensive model with the same problem for nothing: Does anyone know which models have a more solid switch-on button and not just a soft and rubbery plastic cover?

Dear Digitec/Galaxus team I would like to buy a freezer, e.g. Miele FN 4778 C, door hinge right, interchangeable. Almost all freezers have the door hinge on the right, but I need the door hinge on the left. Can the door hinge itself be changed easily? Or can it be ordered as it is? Or does a technician have to fit it and convert it? Is this included in the available delivery type, including installation? Thank you very much for your feedback.

Under "Battery charger" you have the filter "Battery type" (*) with Li-Ion, LiFePo, NiCd, etc.. This is important because different battery chemistries have different charging behaviour and these can be measured differently and require different chips/firmware for measuring and charging. If these do not match (and the charger usually does not notice this), it can damage the battery in the long term. This is why this filter is also needed for the batteries themselves (category "Batteries + rechargeable batteries"). * By the way, the "battery" is superfluous here, batteries are not rechargeable

I ordered yesterday at about 17:00 then had a heart attack when I realised that this delivery was going through Planzer. Anyway, they sent it to the neighbouring village where the nearest sorting centre is. This morning at 4am it arrived there and they didn't manage to deliver it the same day, I feel like I've been taken for a ride and I'm starting to wonder why Digitec don't realise what a crap service they use. Have you had the same experience with Planzer? PS the name is extremely triggering because every time I think of Planzer it sounds so wrong.
