Setting up a DJI Mini 5 Pro
The drone works with the controller and I have the image, but the DJI Fly app remains with a black screen and does not have the same image as on the controller with the cable.

Unfortunately, you can't enter a material in the filters. I am looking for a high-quality waffle iron. Not a rickety plastic one. Can anyone help me?

Hello everyone, I am looking for a notebook for my home office that I will use for about 2-4 hours a week. The computer will be in an open office, used with an external monitor and external keyboard. Criteria: Low noise and low heat generation (especially in standby). I use Corel, Photoshop, and about 2-3 times a year video editing with Magix as the highest requirement. At least 32 GB RAM. At least 1 TB storage. Windows. Not a gamer notebook, but rather something aesthetic (whatever that means :-)). Screen size preferably <= 14 inches, but that plays a minor role. The screen quality also plays a minor role since I use an external monitor. Thanks for your recommendations. Best regards, Judith

Hello everyone, I am currently planning a completely new setup. Part of it would be building a new PC. Do you think it is even worth it right now given the high RAM and storage prices? I assume there is no end in sight for these prices. The following is planned: Ryzen 7 9800X3D, 32GB (2x16) DDR5 RAM, 2TB M.2 storage, Radeon RX9070XT. What do you think? The build I have put together would cost 2700 Swiss francs as of now. That is quite a high number for the performance you get.

Hello, do you plan to offer the Nintendo Switch 2 Zelda 40th Anniversary for pre-order? In France, all pre-orders are already sold out. Sincerely, JC

Which bucket fits the new 10 L Bebbi Sack in Basel-Stadt? The diameter should not exceed 22 cm, as the bag cannot be pulled over most 10 L buckets.

Come on Galaxus, at least put some filter criteria on the items to exclude these things!

Hello Digitec team, as a regular user, I repeatedly hit a logical limit of the current filter architecture when searching for specific products. Specifically, there is a lack of options for exclusion filters (NOT) and transparent control of AND and OR conditions. Practical example: The 'hybrid problem'. I am looking for purely wired headphones (filter: signal transmission = wired). However, numerous wireless Bluetooth models now appear in the results. The reason: many modern Bluetooth headphones also have a 3.5mm jack and are consequently tagged with both attributes in your database (wired AND wireless). Since there is currently no negation operator, it is impossible to specifically exclude products with the 'wireless' attribute. The hit list is thus flooded with products that do not meet the actual requirement. Concrete suggestions for expansion: 1. Exclusion filter (NOT logic): - A way to explicitly exclude values (e.g., via a three-stage click on a checkbox: Select [✓] → Exclude [✕] → Reset [ ]). - URL parameter support (e.g., filter=11232!=1110 or filter=-11232=1110). 2. Explicit AND vs. OR combinations: - Currently, multiple values within the same property group are usually interpreted as OR (921|1110). - In many categories, a toggle between 'Must meet at least one of these criteria (OR)' and 'Must meet all criteria (AND)' would be an enormous added value (e.g., connections: requires HDMI and DisplayPort, not just one of the two). Added value for users and the platform: - Higher conversion rate: Faster hits without frustratingly scrolling through irrelevant hybrid products. - Fewer incorrect purchases & returns: Customers less frequently order products that technically match but do not correspond to the device class they are looking for. - Unique selling point: Boolean filter control would be a real highlight for power users and tech-savvy customers compared to the competition. I would be very pleased if this input could be forwarded to your product management or UX/search team. Best regards

In recent weeks, items have mostly been delivered later than stated. A current example: during the ordering process, items are listed as in stock and the delivery time is stated as the next day. Later, in the shipment tracking, it turns out that the delivery will not take place for another 6 days. One of the reasons why I ordered from Galaxus is the fast delivery. Please at least be honest and adjust your store so that realistic delivery times are displayed. That would be okay for me, but the way things are currently running is quite unprofessional.

The description for the quad pack states that they can be connected to the app via the internet. There is no mention that a Tado Bridge is required. Has anyone managed to connect them directly to Wi-Fi without additional hardware? From a technological standpoint, I don't see how that's possible given the protocols. But why doesn't Digitec mention this? Furthermore, the original price of the bridge in Germany is 49 euros... here it's over 70 CHF!

Just like with the Temu projectors, Amazon's bestsellers—basically Dyson copies—are being offered here at inflated prices. Even the regular price via these dubious third-party sellers is significantly higher, whereas on Amazon, there are constant discounts with free delivery and full warranty as standard. A concrete example? I bought the VacTechPro F02 Ultra model on Amazon a few days ago for 74.- ... here it is being peddled as a special offer for 161.-!? : https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s2/product/vac-f02-ultra-akku-staubsauger-55kpa-70-min-laufzeit-staubsauger-73917682. Same goes for the lite version, which is, after all, the best-selling cordless vacuum cleaner at our big neighbor. Am I satisfied with the aforementioned Vac F02 Pro? Oh, yes! So, Galaxus could certainly look into direct importing... instead of pulling the wool over customers' eyes ;-)

Hi, I recently left a review for a product I purchased on Galaxus, but after discussing the issue with the seller, I would now like to modify my review or, if that's not possible, delete it. Could someone please tell me how I can do this? I’ve looked through my account settings but I can’t find the option to edit or remove the review. Thank you for your help!

I have no idea if it's just me, but the price monitoring feature here on G/D is really quite poor. Sometimes I get notifications when the price has changed by barely 5%, even though it was already available for cheaper. Then again, prices have sometimes dropped by 20% or more, only to rise again. Unfortunately, there's no notification in between. It would be a really useful tool if it actually worked. It is definitely feasible, see for example: Toppreise.ch. I don't know if it's intended this way, but if so, it borders on 'customer deception'.

Has anyone ever tried tubeless tires with a foam insert inside? If so, what do you think is better? Tubeless with foam insert or solid tire?

Hello dear Community We're getting a bit desperate and would really appreciate your help. We are looking for a scanner/printer that has the following functions: - A3/A4 duplex scan and duplex print (any other format is welcome, e.g. for envelopes etc.) - Black/white and colour copies - ADF - Sort function/offset function for printing - Save to folder/mail (we use Google Mail/Workspace) - OCR during scan - Delete blank page during scan - LAN/Ethernet, W-Lan, USB, mobile (Android + iOS) - Windows compatible (we only use Windows operating system) We mainly need a good scanner as we receive a lot of documents (sometimes in folders) that we have to scan - and these are sometimes printed on both sides. On the other hand, we need a printer that can also print out plans or documentation on A3 for customers. We work very flexibly and don't have a land cable or Ethernet connection everywhere. That's why we need something that also works via Wi-Fi and/or Bluetooth. We have already been in contact with various suppliers who want to talk us into service contracts - but as a start-up, we are not interested in long-term service contracts as we don't know how we will work in the future. We would like to have a device that we can maintain ourselves and if that is not possible, we can simply request maintenance from a specialist. We don't like this contract-agreement mentality and would be very reluctant to jump on such an option. We were mainly offered RICOH and Sharp devices. However, these always seem to have a service contract behind them. Do you have any suggestions regarding multifunctional devices or recommendations for purchase? We would be very, very grateful!!! =)

I'm looking for a comfortable keyboard to type for several hours without disturbing those around me. Between membrane, silent mechanical, and compact models, what criteria do you think are most important to check before buying?

Is it just me or has the quality of the packaging at Digitec / Galaxus declined massively? I have been ordering from Digitec / Galaxus for a long time and the following three points have always convinced me: - Service / Support - webshop - Delivery While the first two points still apply to me, this is no longer the case at all with delivery. This statement does not refer to just one order, but to my last 6 orders, each of which was processed directly via Digitec / Galaxus and also delivered in the Digitec / Galaxus box. All these orders were delivered in boxes that were far too large and without any packaging material. As a result, all the product packaging and the carton itself showed scratches, dents and other deformations. Last example yesterday: Several hundred francs of PC components were sent loose in a much too large package together with a 1L bottle of coolant. This really provokes that the 1kg bottle damages any components in the package. The package was also taped at such an angle that the lid of the box was half open on one side. I like the idea of using less packaging material, but not to the extent that it cannot be guaranteed that the products will arrive without damage. Of these orders, one product was delivered damaged (which was replaced by support without any problems) and otherwise the damage was only to the product packaging. Have others also had this experience or am I on a packaging bad streak?

Hello everyone, I have a problem with the aforementioned motherboard. I noticed that both the BIOS and Armoury Crate report the CPU temperature at a fixed 11 degrees and the CPU package at 0, while all other temperatures are working fine. The ASUS Q-Code shows 11. PS: I performed a clear CMOS, disassembled and reassembled the 9800X3D, and checked if any pins were bent, but everything looks fine. Has anyone had this problem and how did you solve it?

Hello dear community I am looking for an air purifier especially for cat hair. I have 4 indoor cats. The hair also flies around in the air after vacuuming. I have read that a HEPA filter would be good. Most machines don't say anything about their performance for removing cat hair. My boyfriend is also allergic to pollen. Does anyone have a recommendation for an air purifier?

I wanted to find out a little more about products from "Nordic Touch" (e.g. resilience) but if you search for the company name in Google you will find almost no references outside of Galaxus. Does this brand still exist? Similar or identical products are now offered at Möbel Pfister under the name "Lomoco" (some old results are redirected), at home24 it's called "loftscape"? Well, what I have now found out at least is that this is probably dropshipping from China.

Anyone out there had trouble fitting these thermoscuds. I’m on my second as the first ( R220PRO )was for Pre 2023 Honda Forza 350. I just bought one that should fit( R238-X ), Post 2023 and still the tassles where screws are attached within the front mud guard don’t fit correctly causing the Thermoscud to fold up. This would allow air to blow through and during the winter this isn’t what one wants. I have a feeling l need to buy the Pro. Version of this model but l’m losing confidence. My bike is a Honda Forza 350 2026. If anyone can send advice l’d be vet grateful. P.S. l have two photo to show but l don’t see where l can upload such things? Thanks
