I ordered a 128GB RAM M5 Max MacBook Pro almost 8 weeks ago and the delivery status/date is still being "clarified" with the supplier. It’s very disappointing that, despite having opened several support cases and sent numerous messages, I still haven’t even been given a proper delivery date. A word of warning: do not order any products that state "Ordered from supplier, delivery date being clarified" ‐‐‐------------------------------------ I ordered a MacBook Pro M5 Max with 128GB RAM almost eight weeks ago, and the delivery status and date are still being “clarified” with the supplier. It is very disappointing that, despite several support requests and numerous messages, I still haven’t received a specific delivery date. A word of warning: do not order any products that display the status “Ordered from supplier, delivery date being clarified”.

I wanted to reorder the same tower fan that I had already ordered (2025) and also one via Amazon. Now, for the first one, I paid about 130 CHF (CH), the second one on Amazon for 98€ - these are okay prices (including CH surcharge). Here on Digitec, a price of 239 CHF is suddenly being asked. I know that dynamic pricing is crazy, especially in the IT market - but simply double the price in the normal market is unserious!!!

I have noticed several times now that the price development display does not show the actual prices of the past. For example, the new LG 39gx950b monitor was on sale for 1596.- the day before yesterday. Yesterday it was suddenly listed at Digitec for 2675.-. Today it's back to 1700.-. However, the absurd price peak is not shown in the current price development graph. Why? Isn't the purpose of this feature to make exactly such developments visible? As it is now, customers cannot rely on the information being correct, and thus the function is useless. @Digitec Is there any explanation from your side regarding this fake graphic?

Hello I bought a phone with other items. Unfortunately, it didn't work. When I reported the defect, the amount was immediately refunded to me and the case was closed because a repair was not worthwhile. That's all well and good, but I still don't have a working phone! And if I order another one now, I have to pay shipping costs again?! How sh.... is that!! There isn't even a phone number to clarify this, or am I blind?

Hello everyone! Has anyone ever had any experience with the company SG Elektronik AG in St. Gallen (evisto.ch)? Digitec/Galaxus occasionally sells products on behalf of this company at quite attractive prices. Given the low prices, I wonder which lorry these products have fallen off. Hello, I put an item in my cart with a clearly indicated price. A few hours later, I went back to validate and pay for it. Surprise! The price had gone up by 69 CHF without me being notified. The product in question: OnePlus 15 R displayed at 520 CHF when searching and adding to the cart... discreetly changed to 589 CHF when validating to pay! I hope this is an error, otherwise be careful and take a photo of the prices displayed in your cart before checking out. I have a screenshot of my cart with the price 520 CHF if needed. PS / It would be really sad if Galaxus practices what some dishonest supermarkets do: a price at the checkout different from the one displayed on the shelf. Is it possible to insert a SIM card with a phone number into the tablet so that the children can dial 2-3 contacts to make calls? I'm looking for in-ear headphones with the best ANC. Phone calls are not important, music sound is also secondary. Music is only needed as background music. Probably a naive question, but why has there been no stock for so many weeks? Is this a global shortage due to heatwaves that no one saw coming despite thirty years of continuous warnings, or is it another hold-up caused by the AI super data centers currently under construction? Hello everyone First my question, then the story: How can I insist on delivery? Galaxus simply cancelled it because the product is now more expensive. Now the blah blah... I treated myself to two SUPs. For some reason, the post office delivered the package to Galaxus instead of me. Instead of resending the package, Galaxus simply triggered a new order, but one SUP is not available. Then I contacted chat and asked why they couldn't just send me the returned product. The answer was that the product was nowhere in the system and therefore it was not possible. During this chat, my second SUP was simply cancelled - a new one is about CHF 70.- more expensive. I have a feeling that the support did this on purpose, some kind of power play. Thank you very much

TLTR: Looking for new mobile, Android, price max. 1000, camera at least as good as Huawei P30 Pro (5x optical zoom/10x hybrid), display as insensitive/long-lasting as possible so that no images burn in, NO curved display, battery MUST last 2 days with normal use. Hello together I'm looking for a worthy replacement for my Huawei P30 Pro. Must be an Android phone! Preferably priced between 500-800 francs but if there is something that is technically so very convincing I can up the budget to 1000. As I use the same app a lot, after 4.5 years a picture has unfortunately become permanently burnt onto the display. As the phone is already "old", I would like to replace it completely. The display should therefore be as durable as possible. Do you think it's worth opting for Amoled? The most important thing for me with the phone is the camera. With the 5x optical zoom, the P30Pro fulfils my needs. This zoom function is sometimes very important to me. The new phone should therefore offer at least an equally good camera with an identically good optical zoom (or have solved the whole thing technically so well that there is no difference with the digital zoom). I think the other technical details are of little importance to the 0815 user. The difference will probably rarely be noticeable in daily use and will minimally correspond to the standard of a 4.5 year old Huawei. I would prefer to have a Huawei again, but without Google Services it's a no-go for me and I don't want to "hack" it either. At first I considered the Xiaomi 13 Pro / Xiaomi 13 T Pro and the Oppo Find X5... Are there any other candidates? Is the Xiaomi 13 Pro justifiably so much more expensive than the 13 T Pro? I've been using the Logitech MK710 for a good 7 years now, and slowly but surely, individual keys are giving up the ghost. For some time now, I've been looking for a suitable replacement, as I've realized with dismay that this keyboard is no longer produced. Has anyone found a worthy replacement with a palm rest? I've tested several keyboards in stores and simply couldn't find one that is as comfortable as the MK710.
