Delivery delayed again despite green status at digitec - Is it just me?
Unfortunately, it's not the first time: I order products from digitec for business that are labelled "Status green, x pieces in stock, delivery in two days" and then wait weeks for them. As the company is a customer there, I'm unfortunately tied to the shop - which makes me absolutely sick. Current example: I ordered the DJI Cellular Dongle 2 in mid-April. At that time the delivery date was 17 May. The other day I received an email saying that it would be further delayed. The joke of the matter: According to the system, there are supposedly still 8 units in stock. I am so pissed off. Have you had any similar experiences with digitec's stock levels recently?
