So wasn't the price increase for RAM due to a chip shortage? Digitec still has plenty of chips in stock, but the price hasn't changed?

After a long wait and a lot of patience, I was finally able to put together almost all the components for my high-end PC - except for the RAM! Looking at these prices, even if the prices were to drop by half next month, I still wouldn't be willing to pay this exorbitant price. I'd rather sell my PC،،that I've worked so hard to build،again،than support these outrageous prices. This is absolutely ridiculous!

It is increasingly the case that not a single copy of a product can be ordered, but at least 2 or more products end up in the shopping basket. This may still be ok for purely consumable items. For all other items, this is neither sustainable nor customer-friendly. Do others see it the same way? I have not yet been able to find out whether this is only the case with third-party suppliers. But regardless of this fact - this is a bad development.

Does anyone have a recommendation for an air purifier that works on a balcony? I have a neighbour who smokes cheap cigars and poisons the air. I've tried fans, room scent dispensers, bowls of vinegar, etc. Thanks!

Dear Community, I would like to know how regularly, and if at all, you have already received a Galaxus voucher when you moved up a level in the Community? I think I have already collected a few points and have also climbed a level a few times, but I have never won anything. Do you have similar experiences? Or have I just had bad luck so far? And if you have already received vouchers, what were they for? Are they just little token vouchers or are they actually useful?

Unfortunately, I had to return two Galaxy S25 FE (would actually be great devices) because Digitec sold me EU versions. The last device Jetblack 256 GB was intended for Telecom Hungary (EUX/-/EUX/TMH). With this device I had problems with the e-Sim from Swisscom. A request to Digitec: Please declare the EU versions! Thank you very much for your goodwill in returning the S25 FE Jetblack, I was very pleased.

Can ANYONE post information written by Framework itself about the sale of their products in Switzerland? I've heard enough of the usual speculation like "It's much more complicated or expensive in Switzerland than in the EU", I'm interested in what Framework officially says about this. I know you can usually install Linux yourself without any problems, I personally have done it on dozens of devices and have been using it exclusively for a long time. However, there are many people who would like to escape the clutches of Microsoft/Apple, or are dissatisfied with their operating system for other reasons, but for them a change is out of the question because a) the installation would be too complicated for them. b) they want to be sure that it works. c) they do not even know about this alternative. To counteract this, it is necessary to be able to buy devices with Linux already pre-installed. I have helped many people switch to Linux, people without any technical skills. And most of them are very satisfied. Not everyone needs compatibility with all software. For many, a browser and (Libre)Office and File Explorer are enough. In such a case, Windows is not the right choice. You can do a lot of things wrong, e.g. when installing software. Updates/pop-ups etc. just get in the way and when the boot process takes five times as long after two years and everything else has become slow, you buy a new device. The price for Windows, MS Office, antivirus etc. is not justified in such a case. This is not just my personal opinion, these are experiences that other (ex-)Windows users have told me. Once Linux is installed and working, almost no 'maintenance work' is necessary. I know there are ChromeBooks, but they almost limit you too much. Then there's the fact that you're switching from Microsoft's environment to Google's, where - unlike with smartphones - you could still retain your digital freedom relatively easily. One should have more freedom in the choice of operating system and software. After all, we are feie/independent Swiss, and that should also apply to our digital lives.

Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable. Hello all I have noticed that my latest order cannot be tracked, even though the item was marked as "shipped" in the order overview and I was also notified of the shipment by e-mail. In the delivery details, both the parcel number and the "Track shipment" button are missing. I have noticed that this has also been the case with other orders in the past. However, with some purchases it was possible to track the shipment. Can anyone tell me what the criteria are for possible tracking? At the moment these seem pretty arbitrary to me.
