    Deleting a Galaxus account

    Have other customers received emails stating that their account will be deleted on a certain date. With a link? It's very well done and I'm afraid a lot of customers will fall for the scam and end up with their login stolen. And orders they didn't place.

    Hello, I saw that ASUS is currently running a promotion offering the game Resident Evil Requiem with the purchase of certain ASUS/ROG components. I would like to know how to get the game after purchasing the product: - Do I need to register the product on the ASUS website? - Do I need to provide the invoice or serial number?     On the home page, the magazine's articles are displayed in an order that I can't explain and that seems to vary. As a result, I sometimes read articles that interest me several days after they've been published. Anyone else interested in displaying articles by publication date?

    Ugreen SATA to USB 3.0 adapter

    Hey guys Has anyone got this thing up and running? I have switched on the power supply and plugged in a Samsung 870EVO/250GB. The blue LED on the adapter lights up. Plugged the USB plug into the USB port, nothing happens, W11 is blocked for a short time, the HD cannot be found in the disc management. After minutes, the system reports "Device cannot be found". That can't be right. My old USB2 adapter is ready to start immediately. Greetings Silvio

    TP-Link Tapo C520WS

    A little help/info for the users of this cam: 1. if you want to run the APP for this cam under WIndows, OSX, you should search for "Bluestacks". It is an emulator and in my case the APP runs with this on Win11. (has a bit of adverts, but not tragic) 2. many people have trouble accessing the cam with ONVIF. However, as described in the manual, this works (AFTER creating a user). This is also necessary, e.g. for integration into a Synology, as otherwise the full resolution is not available. (I hope that I was able to offer some help here) Instructions: To integrate the TP-Link Tapo C520WS via ONVIF, you must first create a camera account with user name and password in the Tapo app, then find out the IP address of the camera via the app or the router, activate the ONVIF and RTSP services and finally enter these access data and the IP address in your ONVIF-compatible software (e.g. iSpy, Blue IoT).iSpy, Blue Iris or Synology Surveillance Station) to add the camera. 1. create a camera account: Open the Tapo app and go to the camera settings by tapping the gear icon. Select Advanced Settings and then Camera Account to create a camera account with a username and password that you will need to log in to other platforms. 2. find IP address and ports: Find out the IP address of the camera. You can find it in the Tapo app in the camera settings or look in the DHCP list of your router. Remember the default ports for the ONVIF and RTSP services: ONVIF port: 2020 RTSP port: 554 3. add the camera in the ONVIF software: Start your ONVIF-compatible software (e.g. iSpy, Blue Iris, Synology Surveillance Station). Click on the option to add a new camera and select the ONVIF camera type. In the pop-up window, enter the previously created IP address of the camera, along with the username and password of the camera account. Select the desired video resolution. Adjust other settings or save the camera settings for later. Click on "Done" to finalise the integration.

    Parcel has not arrived

    To be honest, I'm pretty frustrated and I'm slowly running out of ideas. My parcel, worth almost CHF 450, has disappeared - and since then I've just been shunted back and forth. Galaxus support refers me to Planserv, Planserv in turn says I should contact Galaxus. Result: Nobody feels responsible and simply nobody helps me. This is definitely not my idea of customer service. The purchase contract is clearly with Galaxus. It is therefore clear to me that Galaxus is responsible for solving the problem - regardless of which external service provider is involved. I have paid but have not received the goods. This cannot and must not simply be left to stand. Has anyone here in the forum had similar experiences or a tip on how to actually find a solution in a situation like this? I really hope that Galaxus will make a public statement here and finally take responsibility.

    Delivery problems with Planzer?

    Hello, I ordered a new TV on Tuesday afternoon and it was supposed to be delivered the next day by Planzer, at least that's what they promised. Later that afternoon on Wednesday, Planzer left another parcel from a different supplier on my doorstep without making itself known in any way, someone was definitely at home at the time. On Wednesday evening 21 September I receive an email from Planzer saying "Your parcel could not be delivered" and no further information. In response to my enquiry on Thursday, I receive "4 December 2025, 15:24 Renewed delivery triggered" Expected delivery 5.12. It is now Friday 5 December at 4.35 pm and there is still no parcel in sight. However, shortly before midday today a Planzer delivery van was on the road in our neighbourhood but didn't stop at our house and didn't deliver anything. I'm beginning to think it's more likely to be Christchind than a delivery today. Are these problems normal?

    Hello, I returned an item (blender) unopened and would like a refund. The return was registered on 10 February 2026 and the parcel reached you on 16 February 2026. To date, I have had no news and have not received a refund. The processing has been indicated as "in progress" for a month now. What is the situation? Thank you in advance for your information.

    Not the first time. It says "in stock" and "delivery tomorrow". Unfortunately, you can't keep to it yet another time. Just very annoying when you need the product. Will order again from another place. Why can't you be honest when placing an order?

    I ordered laptop 21SR0046GE consciously (WQUXA card - 2520 X xxx) and received 21SRCT01WW (WUXA card only 1920 X xxx) . Something like this is NOT possible at all. MFG

    Delivery delayed

    What does delayed delivery mean? The product was in stock and was described as being delivered the next day. Been waiting for a week. Even Amazon was quicker to receive after 3 days from DE. Also China was faster after 5days received.

    Complaint - incomplete delivery / misleading advert (Potensic Atom 2)

    Ladies and Gentlemen, As a long-standing customer of Digitec/Galaxus, I am very disappointed about this process. I bought a used Potensic Atom 2 drone (condition "like new") from a private seller via your platform. The delivery arrived yesterday. Unfortunately, I found that essential components are missing, especially the battery and the remote control, so the drone is not functional. These key components were not mentioned in the advert. The delivered item therefore obviously does not correspond to the description in the advert and can be considered misleading. For comparison, I enclose an advert for the same product (Amazon), which explicitly mentions that the battery and remote control are missing and that the drone therefore cannot be flown alone. Such a clarification is completely missing in the Digitec advert. I have already contacted the seller directly, but have not yet received a reply. As the purchase was made via your platform, I would ask Digitec/Galaxus to look into this Marketplace case and help clarify it. If no solution can be found in the short term, I will unfortunately be forced to have the case examined by Buyer Protection or a consumer organisation. However, I very much hope that we can find an uncomplicated solution before then. Kind regards Charles Habib

    Galaxus website not working in FireFox

    For the past 2 weeks the Galaxus website has stopped working in my FireFox browser. None of the links work so what ever I click on, nothing happens unless I refresh the whole page. Seems to work fine in Edge, but I don't like using Edge. Anyone else had this issue?

    At the moment the webshop seems to be faulty. Depending on your browser (Safari, Chrome or Firefox) and device (mobile or laptop), you may not be able to complete your order. It was only possible in Firefox (on a laptop).

    Enquiry about the repair status of my SCUF PS5 controller

    Dear Galaxus team, I am contacting you again regarding my SCUF controller for the PlayStation 5, which I purchased from you last year and sent in for repair. The controller was sent in by me on 12 February 2026, according to the shipment tracking it was received by you on 15 February 2026 and according to the status it has been in the repair centre since 17 February 2026. Since then, however, I have not received any concrete feedback on the current status of the repair - only a note that the process is being delayed. On 11 March 2026, I phoned your customer service department. They told me that the process is now expected to be delayed until 19 March 2026. I must honestly say that I cannot understand this long processing time without transparent communication. Several weeks have now passed since I sent it in and I have not received any clear information about the repair status, a possible repair decision or a replacement. I would therefore ask you for prompt and binding information, in particular on the following points: - current status of the repair - whether a repair or a replacement device is planned - a specific date when I will receive my controller back If the process continues to be delayed without a comprehensible explanation, I will be forced to consider further steps, as I do not consider such a long processing time for a warranty claim to be reasonable.     Surprise boxes (see MediaMarkt/Saturn)

    Some of you have probably seen these surprise bags/boxes from MediaMarkt and Saturn in Germany and I think it's actually quite a good thing. There are different price categories, I think they are 25 euros, 50 euros, 75 euros, 100 euros and 150 euros or something like that. The shops can still get rid of products that are not selling well and the customers can experience one or two nice surprises. In my opinion, it's a win-win situation. Unless you do it like Saturn and just fill all the boxes with light bulbs. For this reason, I would like to ask what the community and of course Digitec think of this idea.

    Invoice too early.

    Hello Galaxus! Recently, the invoices have been arriving earlier and earlier. Until recently, I always received the invoice after receiving the goods. Now the invoices arrive up to four days in advance. This distorts the return period. Just like the guarantee. The invoice and the guarantees should also include the date of receipt.

    Vouchers for level advancement (Galaxus points system)

    Dear Community, I would like to know how regularly, and if at all, you have already received a Galaxus voucher when you moved up a level in the Community? I think I have already collected a few points and have also climbed a level a few times, but I have never won anything. Do you have similar experiences? Or have I just had bad luck so far? And if you have already received vouchers, what were they for? Are they just little token vouchers or are they actually useful?
