Hello everyone, Are there any considerations or long-term plans to provide a public REST API for Digitec Galaxus or is such a thing conceivable in principle? This would mean read-only access to product data such as descriptions, specifications, prices, availability, categories or ratings. This could be used to build your own tools, for example for price analyses, product comparisons, data exports, notifications, etc. Of course, under clear framework conditions such as API keys, rate limits and access only to public data without influencing shop functions. I would be interested to know whether there are already statements or discussions on this or whether a public API is deliberately not planned. Thank you very much.

Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable. Hello everyone, I have to issue a very urgent warning to anyone who is considering buying a high-end graphics card or expensive components here. If your device has a defect, it's best not to send it to Digitec blindly, otherwise you'll end up like me and your card will be gone forever. What happened? I bought an RTX 5090 here in October 2025 for around CHF 2,300. Recently, the card had a small defect on the radiator connector (simple loose contact). Since it's under warranty, I sent it in. Instead of repairing the plug, Digitec simply issued an automatic credit note for the old purchase price (CHF 2,300) without consulting me. When I was shocked and contacted support to ask for my card back unrepaired (because I could have had the plug soldered myself in a custom shop for a few francs), I was told dryly: "The card is gone, booked in the service centre and no longer in our inventory. We don't ask customers before issuing a credit note." The scam with the market value: Everyone knows what the RTX 5090 costs today: The replacement value is currently around CHF 3,400. By Digitec taking my card away from me without asking and fobbing me off with the old, low amount, I am left without hardware and effectively lose CHF 1,100. If I want the same service again, I now have to pay over a thousand francs more out of my own pocket! The service centre is laughing up its sleeve: They repair the plug in 5 minutes and have an extremely valuable GPU back in their pool, while the customer bears the damage. Conclusion: Digitec is taking full advantage of the GTC clause (section 7.1) to line its pockets when the value of the hardware increases and is passing the full market risk on to us buyers. You are effectively being robbed of your property and its utility value and the support team only feeds you standard text modules. Think very carefully about sending in your expensive cards. If the market value increases, Digitec will simply keep your property!

Item ordered yesterday. Available within two days. When will it arrive on Tuesday? So in 1 week. It would be ok if the article didn't still say in 2 days! That's a cheek and it's also impossible to find a customer complaints contact on the homepage. Service 0 points, honesty 0 points, so I can order directly in Asia and save myself the CH prices. It will be here in 1 week.

Unfortunately, it's not the first time: I order products from digitec for business that are labelled "Status green, x pieces in stock, delivery in two days" and then wait weeks for them. As the company is a customer there, I'm unfortunately tied to the shop - which makes me absolutely sick. Current example: I ordered the DJI Cellular Dongle 2 in mid-April. At that time the delivery date was 17 May. The other day I received an email saying that it would be further delayed. The joke of the matter: According to the system, there are supposedly still 8 units in stock. I am so pissed off. Have you had any similar experiences with digitec's stock levels recently?

I ordered yesterday at about 17:00 then had a heart attack when I realised that this delivery was going through Planzer. Anyway, they sent it to the neighbouring village where the nearest sorting centre is. This morning at 4am it arrived there and they didn't manage to deliver it the same day, I feel like I've been taken for a ride and I'm starting to wonder why Digitec don't realise what a crap service they use. Have you had the same experience with Planzer? PS the name is extremely triggering because every time I think of Planzer it sounds so wrong.

First order at Galaxus !!! I ordered a battery from Bluetti from them, first delivery delay, then they send me two WRONG products from Bluetti, although I had ordered only one, after some back and forth, the " support " then sent me a parcel slip for the return shipment for ONE package, I should return it by DHL, I have by mail I then wrote to them that there were two heavy parcels that I would not carry to the post office. The "support" then instructed DHL to pick up the wrong goods, which worked, when I asked what happened to the original order, they replied that it was no longer available, strangely enough. I was assured on Friday 29 May 2026 that I would have my money back in my account by Monday morning 01 June 2026 at the latest. But nothing has happened, the whole thing has been dragging on for over a month now. I have set Galaxus a deadline by which I want my money back, otherwise I will take legal action. otherwise I'll take legal action, from then on no response from "Support". They have been claiming free credit from me all this time without delivering the right thing, seems to be the new business model. I will never order anything from Galaxus again and will delete my account after this is all over. I can only warn everyone not to order anything here , if you value your money .

I realised today - unfortunately only after placing my order - that Planzer will deliver my order, even though I don't actually want any more parcels delivered by Planzer. It's just a hassle every single time. I had set my default delivery service to CH-Post months (or years?) ago. Apparently this setting option has been removed and you now have to select it again individually for each order ...? If I had known this beforehand, I would have done the same. Now the order is already out and I can see that Planzer will deliver :-/ I would be really surprised if it goes through without any hickups this time ... Let's see.

Sorry but that's the behaviour of a sneaky rat - I cancelled my entire order. I put the items in good faith, even placed the order but then noticed that the price of some items had increased by over 50%!! There should be a huge warning if this happens. By the way, if you didn't have this "50chf minimum order" then I would have already bought the items. A loss of business for you and a disappointing experience for me, a 'lose lose' all round.

It's actually always been like this for me. The item says "Delivered tomorrow in XY". If I then order the item, of course in good time in the sense of Galaxus, the order details always say "Delivery the day after tomorrow". Why can't the delivery time, which is obviously known, be stated next to the item?

Dear Community I would like to start a discussion after another frustration with Planzer. Unfortunately, I've already had many times that Planzer parcels could not be delivered on the intended day and I felt lost on the phone with customer service. I assume that some orders have also experienced this... If I could choose, I would always prefer Post, but with my last order I had no such option. Was that my fault and I overlooked it, or did I have no choice at all? What are your experiences? Planzer Paket has a 1.9 rating on Google. Many customers are not so happy... A lot of them, actually. What is Galaxus' view on this extremely poor customer rating? Unhappy customers are also bad for Galaxus, aren't they? Best wishes to all Manuel

Bye bye. i'm looking for a new tv with which i can get the most out of my consoles and films. i have a lg ds95tr soundbar which sits just in front of the support of my current tv (samsung QE55Q7FNA). I'm undecided whether it should be a samsung again, possibly lg or sony? I'm also not sure whether 55 inch or 65 inch is better (distance around 3 metres). what are your experiences? would be happy to receive a few recommendations. thanks in advance!

I am looking for a camera that we can place/hang behind the goal in floorball to analyse your game afterwards. The video will be used exclusively for this purpose, i.e. the image quality is not of paramount importance. What is important, however, is that the halls are sometimes poorly lit. The game is also fast and the ball hits the goal at high speed (fps?). A wide angle would also be practical, as the distance to the goal is sometimes small. The video length should be at least 30 minutes, the easiest way would be to record the whole game time of 3x 20min with a break without interruption. I transfer the data to the PC for the game analysis. Do I need a camera like a gopro? or something similar? again: image quality is secondary, the recordings will be deleted after the analysis.

I recently had to return an MSI mainboard within the warranty period. A relatively expensive MSI AM5 board that is defective after less than 2 years. After a reboot, no POST nothing, CPU, DRAM error. Every attempt to reset and unjam the board was unsuccessful. CPU and DRAM are okay and tested. The board was returned to the store. Now there is an error on my side. Under the cover of an M2 slot I have forgotten an important SSD. I contacted support immediately in the morning and asked them to keep the MB back so that I could get the SSD I urgently needed. Next I immediately went to the store, unfortunately the MB was already on its way to the service centre. Up to this point, Digitec support had been helpful. Now begins a "gauntlet" with no feedback and a lot of nothing from Digitec. Although the requests are supposedly sent internally with high priority, there are no answers or progress within a reasonable time. The worst possible answer was that this is now a normal service case and the 10 days and longer processing times apply here. This was disastrous customer communication, poor internal communication. Useless or too slow processes with high priorities. Incidentally, the SSD is my property and is not part of the service case. This M2. SSD I would like to have back ASAP. I expect fast and clean communication here. In customer service, information regarding a case is extremely important for the customer and no feedback is registered as poor service quality. What are the Community's experiences with rather atypical support cases or general support? Among friends / family there are very mixed experiences ranging from very bad to very good. My experience of the quality of support for standard problems ranges from okay to very good. In many cases, the support was accommodating and prompt.

Dear Community, dear Galaxus team I would like to bring up for discussion a repeated incident in connection with parcel delivery by PLANZER - in the hope that I am not the only one who has had such experiences and that Galaxus takes its customers' feedback seriously. Yesterday evening, after dark, a parcel with damaged packaging was left directly on my freely accessible driveway without any notification and without ringing the bell. I only discovered the delivery by chance because I was walking the dog outside late at night. If that hadn't happened, the parcel would have been left there overnight - with the risk of moisture damage or theft. For me, this approach is not only unprofessional, but also simply unacceptable - especially as it is not the first incident of this kind. Especially in times when trust and reliability are crucial in online retail, the question arises for me: Is PLANZER really a good choice as a delivery service for Galaxus and its customers? I would be delighted to receive feedback from the Community: Have you had similar experiences? And to the Galaxus team: How is such feedback dealt with internally - and are there any efforts to reconsider the cooperation with certain delivery services in case of repeated problems? Hello everyone! Has anyone ever had any experience with the company SG Elektronik AG in St. Gallen (evisto.ch)? Digitec/Galaxus occasionally sells products on behalf of this company at quite attractive prices. Given the low prices, I wonder which lorry these products have fallen off. The website doesn't really make a good impression. I could be wrong of course, but trust is good, control is better. I'd be interested to hear what you think of the shop! Merci and regards

My robot hoover has been having problems for about 2 months now, it can no longer get home by itself. I requested a repair service and sent my product to Galaxus. After 2 weeks the product comes back, but again it does not work, plus it had another problem, the camera did not work. I send the product back, it comes back after 1 week, exact same problem. They hadn't solved anything! I contact customer service and they tell me they will refund the product. On 27.03 I send the product to support, it arrives the next day but no refund. The case is closed. I contact them for explanations and they tell me that they cannot find the product, that it probably arrived in the wrong place. Later they open a new case on 04.04 but again no refund. On 07.04.04 they received the product (after a good 12 days that it had been sent) but still no refund. I have contacted them several times and they always tell me that the refund will come within days, but unfortunately still nothing. Today 14.04 I contacted them again, but they tell me that I have to be patient, still no refund and they can't do anything, and they closed the conversation in my face: This is unacceptable, very bad customer service!

What does delayed delivery mean? The product was in stock and was described as being delivered the next day. Been waiting for a week. Even Amazon was quicker to receive after 3 days from DE. Also China was faster after 5days received.

For a few weeks now, I have unfortunately noticed that Digitec product pages keep having problems. The page loads, is displayed for about 1-2 seconds, and then the error message "Error Error in application" appears. It happens on my gaming PC at home, in the office on my Surface, on the Iphone, on the iPad... At first I thought it was due to the exceptional situation because of the Corona virus or the above-average number of people doing home offices, overloading of the CH network, etc. I was wrong. But today, Thu 04.06.2020, practically no one does home office any more and so on and so forth - but the error happens over and over again. .... what's going on?
