I have bought a new SSD and am currently cloning with original Samsung software. It tells me that the card is not original. Does anyone know the problem or where should I go?
When will the Tineco Pure One S70 be available in the Galaxus range? I prefer to buy it from Galaxus, as the after-sales service is irreproachable, although I hope I won't need it ;)
The stated delivery times are not adhered to and Galaxus does not change this either. I have several open orders where the delivery time is delayed. The order says delivery the next day, but in reality it's 3 days or longer :( It's not dramatic, but giving unrealistic delivery times just to generate more orders is not right. Then write on sale: "Delivery in 3 to 6 days" and not: "Delivery tomorrow" do you see it differently?
I received an e-mail asking me to use the bank details on the QR code, which I did, but if you look closely at the invoice there are two different bank details, which one is correct, please check your invoices yourself to see what is printed on them. Thank you very much
I bought 2 items which I paid for straight away and one which I returned by paying the 10%. But since then I can't order on invoice like the other orders. Why not?
Does anyone have any experience with the PCs from the retailer "Avlano"?
The price-performance ratio looks really good at first glance, but unfortunately neither here on digitec nor on the retailer's website is any detailed information given about the components installed (type of power supply, RAM, AIO, ...). However, the product photos look promising.
I'm a new customer and was delighted to have finally found an alternative to amazon! I added a HUAWEI Pura 70 pro to my cart, even though it was 10 euros more expensive than the top dog. It would have been worth it to me. But after a few hours, the price had suddenly risen from 668 euros to 959 euros! How is that possible? That's worse than at any Turkish bazaar! I find this dishonest and dubious - and will therefore delete my customer account!
With all due respect, why do you send €1300 of expensive hardware around like this!
Order XXX
The parcel is far too big, the cardboard far too thin and half of my hardware was under the bubble wrap... Who's in the warehouse?!
My protein powder from More is packed better and more decently than your hardware! I'm really pissed off!
Hello,
Logitech has released a new steering wheel for the playstation console. This is the manufacturer's direct link: https://www.logitechg.com/it-it...
Can you tell me when it will be available on your store and the selling price?
Thank you and best regards,
Fabrizio.
Unfortunately, Galaxus keeps denying me access to the website. This happens especially when I open a product in a new tab or access it via an external link.
I use the Brave Browser without special plugins and will continue to do so.
Am I the only one who can no longer shop, is it the same for others?
293.48instead of new CHF319.-
Apple iPad 2025 (11th Gen)
I wonder if this discount is a joke or a mistake?
Ridiculous this discount. Device still has *slight signs of use etc.* like slightly ????
You ask a question to customer service and after a relatively short time you get a very polite answer from a customer advisor. If you want to reply to the answer by e-mail, perhaps to find out more details, you get a generated reply asking you to use the Digitec assistant and the whole procedure starts all over again.Sorry, but what kind of stupid system is this if you can't reply directly to the customer advisor by e-mail.I've never experienced anything like it anywhere else.
We're giving away a voucher for Rocksresort Laax: 2 nights in a family flat for 4 people.
Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions".
1. i did not provide any details
2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung
This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable.
Best regards, SF
I don't know about other customers, but things have been getting worse for me over the last two years. Every second parcel I order is late, parcels with SAZU have also not been delivered. I'm already missing one parcel again, but I don't know if it's disappeared again... I don't know, but it would be the second parcel that has simply disappeared.
Digitec please put some fire under Swiss Post's arse in this respect, e.g. by switching to other parcel services such as DHL, which brings parcels from China to Switzerland over the weekend. Maybe also open more Digitec stores, because I miss the one in Solothurn where I could order something on Saturday morning and pick it up in the afternoon.

For some time now, I have been getting "extended results" when searching. In other words, lots of completely irrelevant products, especially if I enter the exact product name of a particular product. And tragically, the desired product was often missing completely and I had to search for it via the product menu with categories and filters. If I don't need any "recommendations", I don't want to receive any. Until recently, the search was only expanded if unspecific search terms were entered or no products matching the term were found.
Is this also the case for others?
Is it technically not possible to switch this off?
Why do you continue to sell wine from the occupied Golan Heights and Ahava products from the Dead Sea? This company is on the UN list of 158 companies linked to Israeli settlements. Although a new factory has opened inside recognised Israeli territory, it is suspected of continuing to extract mineral salts and mud from the Dead Sea in the occupied territories, thus depriving Palestinians of natural resources. Le Courrier contacted the brand to find out where the raw materials were extracted, but received no reply. In the current context of human rights violations in the West Bank and Golan Heights, the sale of such products is unsustainable.
Hello, I have a long corridor and the motion detector does not reach to the end,
even if it is specified as 10m, it does not recognise me when I enter the corridor in winter, wrapped in a cold jacket
and I then stumble in the dark until about 5 metres from the sensor.
So I'm looking for a system that can programme several sensors for one receiver.
Various "consultants" have already sold me some, all of which I have had to return,
Can anyone here with real experience recommend a system that works?
Digitec/Galaxus and its same-day or next-day delivery service are a lie. As a customer, you feel cheated; you buy on the assumption that you will receive the goods on the same or next day, as Digitec/Galaxus itself states when making the purchase decision. In my case, this was the case not just once, but several times. I am very disappointed. My purchases from this company will be reduced to a minimum or not at all.
Digitec/Galaxus and its same-day or next-day delivery service has become a lie. As a customer, you feel cheated; you buy assuming you'll receive it the same day or the next day, as Digitec/Galaxus itself indicates when you choose what to buy. In my case, it wasn't just once, but several times. Very disappointed. My purchases from this company will be reduced to minimal or nothing at all.
In February/March my experience with Digitec was worse than ever (I've been a customer since around 2006/07):
- First they delivered the wrong product (which has lasted before), which I then returned and they then didn't send me the right product, but simply sent me a credit note because it was apparently described incorrectly. So they would have lost money on it and I didn't receive the product I ordered.
The whole process from placing the order to getting my money back (and unfortunately not the correct product) took from 23 January to 19 February.
- After that, I ordered a smartphone that didn't fit me at all. I then requested a return for it. I ordered the smartphone on 19 February and it took a few days before I received it. I sent it back on 3 March and it was received on 6 March. I only received my credit note on 27 March. And only after asking several times and only after I even had to pay an invoice (because Digitec had deducted 10% from the purchase price).
I thought it was really bad that it took so long and I don't think it's at all customer-friendly to simply deduct 10%. I know the guidelines and was aware of them, but I think it's weak. The device was in my possession for a few days and didn't have the slightest scratch, even the film was still on it.
At Swisscom, for example, it's not a problem if the packaging is open, they have a different policy.
- And last Sunday I ordered something from stock. On Monday I was told that I would receive it tomorrow (i.e. today, Tuesday), as I'm used to from Digitec, but apparently they can't even manage that any more. No parcel has arrived today, it will probably be tomorrow.
I know these are small things, but they're still incredibly annoying and it's just not what I'm used to from Digitec.
In the most tedious case (the second, where I had to wait over three weeks for my money), they didn't even offer any goodwill.
What have your experiences been like recently? Unfortunately, it feels like there are no really good alternatives to Digitec (except for certain things)
Hello, on 9 10 2025 I was advised by a salesman to purchase a multi-function printer - then arriving at home I took note of this model from A to Z - Epson Expression Home XP-3205 MFP inkjet 3in1 33ppm mono 15ppm color (P) then what I could see that is better function with Apple except error more than the USB cable is not provided with and I this day at Digitec have I asked if the USB cable is sold with the seller told me yes - Then I have to see what is the best function with Apple. The USB cable is not provided with and me this day with Digitec have I asked if the USB cable is Sold with the salesman says yes to me - Then me I have with Galaxy Samsung like Natel and two PC Windows 11 how can I proceed?? Thanks a lot
Hello
When searching for an energy-efficient screen, I noticed that the (presumably automatic) reading of the energy efficiency by your system is not reliable. For example, the preview and your product description often show an "A", but on closer inspection this does not correspond to the official measurement. Presumably this affects various electrical appliances, although I could only observe it in my search for a screen.
Examples:
- Product with energy efficiency "A" instead of actual "E": "https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/philips-243b900-24-monitor-12574933" vs. "https://static.digitecgalaxus.ch/Files..."
- Product with energy efficiency "A" instead of actual "D": "https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/hikvision-ds-d5022fn-c-monitor-led-5461cm-215-1920-x-1080-pixel-2150-monitor-17822942" vs. "https://static.digitecgalaxus.ch/productima..."
I hope I have been able to draw your attention to this problem if you have not already noticed it.
Kind regards
John
