The stated delivery times are not adhered to and Galaxus does not change this either. I have several open orders where the delivery time is delayed. The order says delivery the next day, but in reality it's 3 days or longer :( It's not dramatic, but giving unrealistic delivery times just to generate more orders is not right. Then write on sale: "Delivery in 3 to 6 days" and not: "Delivery tomorrow" do you see it differently?

Does anyone have any experience with the PCs from the retailer "Avlano"? The price-performance ratio looks really good at first glance, but unfortunately neither here on digitec nor on the retailer's website is any detailed information given about the components installed (type of power supply, RAM, AIO, ...). However, the product photos look promising.

I'm a new customer and was delighted to have finally found an alternative to amazon! I added a HUAWEI Pura 70 pro to my cart, even though it was 10 euros more expensive than the top dog. It would have been worth it to me. But after a few hours, the price had suddenly risen from 668 euros to 959 euros! How is that possible? That's worse than at any Turkish bazaar! I find this dishonest and dubious - and will therefore delete my customer account!

Order XXX The parcel is far too big, the cardboard far too thin and half of my hardware was under the bubble wrap... Who's in the warehouse?! My protein powder from More is packed better and more decently than your hardware! I'm really pissed off!

Unfortunately, Galaxus keeps denying me access to the website. This happens especially when I open a product in a new tab or access it via an external link. I use the Brave Browser without special plugins and will continue to do so. Am I the only one who can no longer shop, is it the same for others?

You ask a question to customer service and after a relatively short time you get a very polite answer from a customer advisor. If you want to reply to the answer by e-mail, perhaps to find out more details, you get a generated reply asking you to use the Digitec assistant and the whole procedure starts all over again.Sorry, but what kind of stupid system is this if you can't reply directly to the customer advisor by e-mail.I've never experienced anything like it anywhere else.
