    Search double plug for DAB/UKW reception

    I have a Yamaha receiver which has DAB and FM radio reception, but only one (DAB type) aerial socket... so I can't connect the cablecom cable and the DAB cable at the same time...! That's why I'm looking for something like an antenna splitter to be able to connect both cables at the same time... is there such a thing at Digitec?

    New layout

    The new layout on the mobile is no longer as comfortable and relaxed to read. The flow of reading is constantly disrupted from article to article by the personal sections that used to be at the bottom. Before, you could focus on reading the various articles and articles on your mobile and then browse through the personal sections at the end. Now it's no fun and I no longer browse the sections. They no longer interest me because they are annoying. This disturbs my relaxed reading experience. Please return to the old layout, articles first and sections at the end.

    Customer service

    I ordered toners from Galaxus. These were supposedly delivered 2 days ago and have now gone back to the distribution centre because supposedly no one was there to receive them. Which was not true, there was someone there all day. Galaxus does not respond to emails. I can indicate in the order itself that it has not been delivered. In this case, I should contact the customer service centre. However, I am not told how to do this. As with many other shops, there is no contact email/phone number for customer service on the website. When I search for customer service or support, I am of course only offered new products. Can anyone help me with this? I would like to complete my very last Galaxus order here quickly

    digitec/galaxus Accessibility and customer service

    Why can't I reach anyone at digitec/galaxus? I sent in a defective coffee capsule machine almost a month ago and I can no longer get any information from digitec/galaxus, let alone contact customer service. All online assistants are useless, everything used to be much better. Also about the move of the store in Winterthur, you didn't get any information that they have changed location, no, they prefer to leave people standing in front of an empty shop. Instead of wanting to expand abroad (Amazon Land) and spending billions there, they should think about a more sensible pricing policy and new, more accessible locations in Switzerland. For example, a location in Embrach, Bülach or Kloten.

    Downgrading of GALAXUS services

    Hello, I received the invoice/order on 8 April. However, I have neither received the goods nor any advice on delivery. I have been a customer for several decades, long before MIGROS bought Digitec, and the service has deteriorated steadily. Receiving an invoice for payment in 20 days without receiving the goods is a serious matter. Not even a published GALAXUS e-mail address or telephone number.

    Adapters for German plugs never fit

    Galaxus always sends the same type of adapter when you buy a product with a German plug. In my case, however, the German plug never fits into these adapters. Every time. I therefore always use my own adapters. Do others have the same problem?

    Credit Credit Note to Bank Account

    I received a credit note of several thousand CHF (for a return order of a damaged item). When I clicked on refund the only option was to refund to my AMEX card which it did. Would there also be a way to credit it to by bank account?

    Return magazine

    Please at least bring a button back to the front end of the app so that you can go directly to the magazine and sort by article. More advertising on the front page is not necessarily better either, I liked the clear and tidy design of Digitec, otherwise the app looks very cluttered like Amazon, for example.

    Next day delivery...

    So I ordered 2 articles yesterday at around 16:00. Both were/are in stock. Order status the next morning: ready to be shipped. It wouldn't be a big deal but digitec keeps advertising this exceptional fast delivery and this is not the first or the second time it's happening. I know, first world problems. But sometimes you rely on the fact that you get what you ordered the next day, as advertised!

    Bluemen frame - beautiful but very cheap and poorly produced

    Dear Galaxus Team We ordered two pieces of furniture from you, both inexpensive, but as they are simple, we assumed that the quality would be reasonably good. A piece of lavabo furniture, En.Casa Iveland made of bamboo wood (item no. 45858882), the order was processed quickly; delivery was prompt, everything went tiptop. The furniture was also easy to assemble; only one hole was incorrectly pre-drilled and so the door is now crooked. That's not a bad thing, but it's just not quite top quality. The quality of the second piece of furniture, the Outsunny flower stand from MH Handel GmbH (item no. 66962638), was poor: the delivery was still reliable, but then things went downhill: Cheap wood that was already not quite straight; the metal parts could also be screwed together well, but it just wasn't quite straight. There were only pre-drilled holes in the base plate, and these were simply drilled incorrectly; as a result, the frame could not be put together in this way; we then had to drill another hole, or rather another base plate, ourselves so that it was more or less right. Conclusion? The flower stand would be a nice thing (perhaps also the development model in Germany?), but the absolutely poor quality production in China causes many problems and increases the effort for us enormously so that it works reasonably well after all. Conclusion: Galaxus should check every product first and assemble it themselves before considering adding it to their range. At the moment, I wouldn't order any more furniture from Galaxus. Ikea, for example, is simply more reliable. How do you see it? What do they do to separate the wheat from the chaff and weed out bad products? Or do they even claim to deliver good quality? If you read the reviews, they still have a lot of work to do. Kind regards B. Bachmann

People loved him for it, and his reputation grew with every parcel that arrived on time. But with fame came ambition. Digitec wanted to get bigger and bigger, further and further out into the world. New warehouses were built, new paths were taken and finally the decision was made to change the delivery company - everything was to become faster, more modern and more efficient. At first it seemed like a smart move. However, customers soon realised that something was no longer right. Parcels arrived later than promised, some wandered around the country for days, and others disappeared almost as if by magic. The former certainty turned into doubt. And over time, the once humble merchant became an arrogant giant who believed his customers would remain loyal to him no matter what. But the people began to grumble. "In the past," they said, "you could rely on him. Today it's a matter of luck." And so people still remember the time when everything was simpler - and how quickly even the best can lose their magic when they forget what made them great. And if they haven't learnt, customers are still waiting today.

    Hello I understand that deliveries sometimes take longer than planned. However, I would be happy if you could also see this when placing an order. When the workload is high, I would much rather see "Delivered on Monday" than "Delivered tomorrow". Especially on the business account, this is rather tedious if you can't plan.

    Is Galaxus increasingly becoming an unreliable dropshipping platform?

    Hello together I have to vent my frustration about the current development at Galaxus/Digitec. The name used to stand for reliability and transparency, but today it feels more and more like gambling on a cheap marketplace. The problem is that Galaxus is opening its doors to third-party providers (Marketplace) who obviously don't take the truth about stock levels very seriously. My current example: An item is advertised as 'in stock' with a 3-5 day delivery time. As soon as the money is gone, it says 'delivery delayed'. If you then look in the shop again, the item is still advertised as 'in stock' by the same retailer (in my case a monitor VESA adapter). In my opinion, this is systematic customer deception in order to secure sales. The icing on the cake: If you then want to cancel your order, it is blocked with the phrase 'order already processed', while the status has been set to 'delayed' for days. As a buyer, you are therefore in a hostage situation: no goods, no money back, but the shop continues to cheerfully lie. Is Galaxus now just a glorified interface for unreliable dropshippers? Where is the quality control for your partners? How many of you have had similar experiences recently with these "ghost stocks"?" Transparency update: The exact same adapter I ordered through Galaxus is available directly from the manufacturer/Amazon for 14.96 CHF with delivery in 2 days. Galaxus partner charges CHF 43, has not delivered for a week despite 'stock' and is blocking the cancellation. This is not trading, this is usury coupled with incompetence. Galaxus, put an end to this circus because although I was refunded the money after a refreshing conversation with the dealer in the Community corner, the whole thing has a bad aftertaste. After all, who can guarantee the customer that a dropshipper who advertises with over 67K items in stock doesn't actually have a single screw on site? In my opinion, such companies should be clearly labelled as dropshippers so that the end consumer can choose for themselves whether they want to pay three times the price for an order brokerage and have to wait forever, while the delivery details are obviously pulled out of thin air.

    Hello Digitec - this is the second time that Planzer has deposited a (valuable) Digitec/Galaxus parcel on my doorstep (in Kleinbasel) and then confirmed the deposit by e-mail "deposited according to your instructions". 1. i did not provide any details 2. we were at home (especially because of the upcoming delivery) and the doorbell wasn't even rung This is the second time (both times a laptop). I would ask you to have a serious word with your logistics partner in the interests of your customers, or to use the postal service again, which is much more professional and reliable.     Dissatisfaction with PLANZER delivery service - repeated problems with delivery

    Dear Community, dear Galaxus team I would like to bring up for discussion a repeated incident in connection with parcel delivery by PLANZER - in the hope that I am not the only one who has had such experiences and that Galaxus takes its customers' feedback seriously. Yesterday evening, after dark, a parcel with damaged packaging was left directly on my freely accessible driveway without any notification and without ringing the bell. I only discovered the delivery by chance because I was walking the dog outside late at night. If that hadn't happened, the parcel would have been left there overnight - with the risk of moisture damage or theft. For me, this approach is not only unprofessional, but also simply unacceptable - especially as it is not the first incident of this kind. Especially in times when trust and reliability are crucial in online retail, the question arises for me: Is PLANZER really a good choice as a delivery service for Galaxus and its customers? I would be delighted to receive feedback from the Community: Have you had similar experiences? And to the Galaxus team: How is such feedback dealt with internally - and are there any efforts to reconsider the cooperation with certain delivery services in case of repeated problems?     I ordered a GoPro Polar White (order no. 181294391) on 17.3.26 at reduced prices of 289.- instead of 349.-, I kept reading 10 in stock from third party suppliers, then 9 then 8... Now it is suddenly no longer available, but it is available with an SD card and/or as a 349.- version. A rather strange sales strategy. What a pity.
