We confronted experts in «Apex Legends», «Fortnite», «PUBG» and «Warzone 2.0» with some hard-hitting opinions. The Battle Royale pros certainly didn’t pull their punches.

«Apex Legends» has boring updates. «Fortnite» is cringe. «Warzone 2.0» is so buggy it’s barely playable. And «PUBG» has long been a dead game.

As a warm-up for the Digitec Playground Cup finals in «Apex Legends», we collected the nastiest comments on all your favourite Battle Royale games. Four experts for their respective games responded to these statements.

Even more Battle Royale action

Our «Apex Legends» expert Chrigi switched sides for the video and represented «PUBG» for once. He already hosted both «Apex Legends» qualifiers for the Digitec Playground Cup. On Saturday, 18 March, he and aRTycH will head the grand finale of the Digitec Playground Cup Vol. 9.

In the Digitec Playground playlist on YouTube, you can already watch both «Apex Legends» qualifiers as well as past cups in «Rocket League», «League of Legends» and other games.

Hungry for even more of our four Battle Royale pros? In our All-Star Battle Royale stream, the four experts play through «Warzone 2.0», «Fortnite», «PUBG» and «Apex Legends» together.

If you want to try your hand at becoming an «Apex Legends» pro yourself, our casters aRTycH and Chrigi have put together an «Apex Legends» tier list.

«Apex Legends», «Fortnite», «Warzone 2.0» and «PUBG» are still enjoying great popularity. But many other battle royale games haven’t survived the genre hype. Do you remember those dead Battle Royale games?
