Too early to say definitively but so far very frustrating
The dock does not contain the necessary cables for IDE hard drives and the instructions do not detail how to connect and disconnect IDE hard. This appears to have given me severe problems. Technical support is responsive and I am hoping to find a solution but cables included or as an paying option, and better instructions would be great.
