Good product, decent temperatures for i7
This will be silent, but you must make sure you configure it to run gradually in the bios, as the temperature goes up and under 100% speed: else, you will hear it.
Cools my i7 skylake cores on idle, on avg. around [27°, 30°[, usually does not increase above 50° under heavy loads. Would probably adventure myself on a bigger dual fan unit with the knowledge I have now. But this is pretty fair and recommended.
