According to research, you can charge the headphones with a power supply unit: Connect your headphones to a power source with the USB-C cable. A power supply with 5V/2A, USB-C is recommended.
I have the same problem. When I switch between iPhone and iPad sometimes too. I have managed it once on the Mac. Unfortunately, I have not found any solutions.
Yes, you can also listen to music normally via the cable. (But they must be on for ANC).
Basically yes, and with very good sound quality as far as listening is concerned. In practical operation, however, it is important to keep an eye (or ear :-)) on the following: - With, but also without ANC, the sound insulation is very good. This means that you do not hear your own voice as well as with a normal telephone (and you never really know how well and how you will be heard); - Due to the good sound insulation, there is always a certain "pressure" on the ear because ambient noise is missing. -> Especially during longer calls, this together with the upper point can be quite exhausting and both take some getting used to. - If you have paired the speakers with several devices (e.g. telephone and PC), it can happen that the connection to the second device (i.e. the non-active one) is disconnected and reconnected during a call - with corresponding sound signals. Personally, I use it from time to time, but not for very long calls (>1.5 h).
When the headphones are switched on (battery operation), the control knob and ANC can be used. The audio output then works via Bluetooth as well as via cable. If the headphones are switched off, the audio output via cable works, but all other functions are not available.
Hello Mr Estermann, it worked for me without any problems. Do you have instructions? If so, did you follow them? Is Bluetooth activated on your mobile? That's all I can say at the moment. Greetings Kurt Stoeckli
Hi Darth Thank you for pointing that out. Yes, that was an error in the product entry. I have corrected it.
