Question about Marshall Monitor II ANC
When I use the headphones for a longer period of time, I often have an unpleasant noise in the form of static in my left ear. When I deactivate ANC, it disappears; when I reactivate ANC, the noise comes back again. Does anyone know what this could be?
I have exactly the same problem (only on the right earpiece), as soon as I switch on the headphones, they noise in both ANC and TRA (traffic) mode. As soon as I deactivate the noise control via the app, the noise disappears. I've had the headphones for 1 day (worked fine at first) and the noise has been there since the first time I charged them.
Are there any solutions other than returning the headphones?

I have not noticed anything like this. If I were you, I would report the fault or have it repaired.
