With the printer it is only possible to scan via the. HP Cloud. I can no longer log in on my Mac. As soon as I enter my user name and password, the HP Smart interface appears again. When I select Scanner, the prompt to create an account or log in appears again. In short, I can no longer scan from my Mac. What could be the problem?
On macOS 10.15 I can scan locally. It works via the system settings as well as via HP Easy Scan. Maybe uninstall the HP software completely and reinstall it? Or dial the scanner from a non-HP program?
