With the LX100, is there a possibility to charge via USB while shooting or can the camera not be connected directly to a power supply?

Yes, there is a possibility, see the following link:

Have fun, had the same problem

yes, you're right, there is. Unfortunately, the camera is on the road with my girlfriend. Tomorrow evening I'll take a closer look at it. What I have found is:

So there seems to be that option. At least with third party supplier(s) at worst 'DIY' . Buy a cheap battery, rip it apart and solder a pluggable cable connection to a DC power supply. You just have to get the one plug through the small opening. As soon as I have the cute little thing in my hands, I'll take a closer look at it.

Dear Yannik... here is the short version (I don't have the camera with me at the moment)... I am pretty sure that this is not possible. Do you want to do long timelapses? Because when fiming it only goes 29 minutes anyway (without SW hack) I've done almost 2 hours of seconds TL. (but indoors - so not in the cold).
