I don't know, but the cable is thick. I also have thin cables and charging is much slower.
This depends on the charger and also on the device to be charged and not on the charging cable.

Definitely up to 65 watts, but it depends on how many watts your power supply has and how much your end device can handle. I think the cable can easily handle 100-150 watts.
